The Provider further agrees that: All checks shall be supported by official documentation; All contract expenditures for service shall be supported by approved documentation; and Individual Personnel File folders shall be maintained and shall contain all individual personnel actions.

Time and Attendance Records. Unless USAID agrees otherwise, Participating Agency personnel serving overseas are responsible for forwarding their time and attendance records to the Participating Agency for recordkeeping and for the processing of salary payments. At the request of the USAID Agreement Officer or the USAID Cognizant Technical Officer, the Participating Agency must provide a copy of the time and attendance records for personnel named in the request.
Time and Attendance Records. Bargaining unit RNs are responsible for recording and reporting all time and attendance within the agreed-upon system. In the event of a bargaining unit RN’s absence from work, the bargaining unit RN is responsible for communicating with the Nurse Manager or Nurse Director/designee in a timely manner to indicate the appropriate benefit time to be utilized. At no time is one employee other than the Nurse Manager or Nurse Director/designee authorized or allowed to record or alter the time and attendance of another employee. Any such action will be considered grounds for disciplinary action as outlined in the Disciplinary Action Article (Section 14.01).
Time and Attendance Records. Provider responsibilities include the recording of attendance of scholars and submits by the seventh day at the start of class and weekly thereafter by Friday to CAG AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES account manager, contact information provided in the portal. All scholars and instructors are to demonstrate professional etiquette and visual participation from shoulder lengthand up during instructioneithervirtual or classroom style is required throughout B2S virtual activities.

  • Attendance Records The Employer shall maintain accurate, daily attendance records. An employee shall have the right to review his/her time and pay records on file with the Employer.

  • Time and Attendance Proper monitoring and certification of employee work time is necessary for a Telework program to be successful.
