TIME AND PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. 2.11 A full-time employee is an employee who holds a position on a continuous, scheduled basis and is scheduled for thirty (30) or more hours per week, to a maximum of forty (40) hours per week. A part-time employee is an employee who holds a position on a continuous scheduled basis and is scheduled for four (4) hours per week up to thirty (30) hours per week. For clarification “continuous, scheduled basis” means a published shift line that works a similar rotation each week.

TIME AND PART-TIME EMPLOYEES. An employee will be entitled to holiday pay only if the employee works the last working day before and the first working day after a holiday and works on such holiday if the employee is scheduled to work provided, however, that an employee will not lose holiday pay if the employee is absent from work on such day and such absence is excused by the Executive Officer Human Resources.
