TIME AND WAGES BOOK. Each employer shall keep a time and wages book in which shall be correctly recorded: (i) The name of every employee employed. (ii) The kind of work on which they are employed. (iii) The hours of their employment, including starting and finishing times. (iv) The wages paid, the date thereof and the manner of calculation.

TIME AND WAGES BOOK. (a) The Employer shall keep a time and wages book or record, and which shall contain the following particulars: (i) The name of each employee (ii) The occupation/skill level classification of each employee (iii) The age and/or experience of each employee paid as a junior (iv) The wages and/or allowances paid each pay period (v) The number of hours of ordinary time worked by each employee each day and each week; (vi) The number of hours of overtime worked by each employee each day and each week; (vii) The amount of weekly superannuation contributions paid in accordance with this Agreement (b) Where any junior employee is engaged, the Employer shall obtain and file in the Employer’s records a certificate or declaration as to the age and experience of such junior employee. (c) The time occupied by an employee in filling in time books or in the making of records shall be treated as time of duty, but this does not apply to checking in or out at the beginning or end of duty.
TIME AND WAGES BOOK. 47.1 The University shall keep a time and wages record from which can be readily ascertained the name of each Trades and Services Staff member and his/her occupation, the hours worked each day, and the wages and allowances paid each week. 47.2 The time and wages record for any staff member shall be open for inspection to that staff member, and the staff member shall be entitled to take a copy of entries relating to any suspected breach of this Agreement, during the usual office hours of the University at the relevant office of the University or other convenient place.

  • Time Off Between Shifts Failure to provide the minimum number of hours between the commencement of an employee's scheduled shift and the commencement of such employee's next scheduled shift shall result in payment of one and one-half (1½) times the employee's regular straight time hourly rate for only those hours which reduce the minimum hour period. Where the minimum period is reduced as a result of an approved change of shift(s) requested by the employee(s), such premium payment shall not apply. The minimum number of hours for purposes of this Article shall be determined locally and will be set out in the Local Provisions Appendix.

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero).

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."

  • Closing Time and Place The Closing Date shall be August 24, 2009, or such later date on which all of the conditions set forth in Article II have been fulfilled or otherwise waived by the parties hereto, but in any event not later than August 31, 2009, or such later date as the parties may mutually agree. All acts taking place on the Closing Date shall be deemed to be taking place simultaneously as of the commencement of business on the Closing Date, unless otherwise provided. The closing of the reorganization contemplated by the Plan (the “Closing”) shall be held at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) at the offices of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx LLP, 3000 Two Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00000, or such other time and/or place as the parties may mutually agree.

  • Searchable Whois Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Registry Operator must offer a searchable Whois service compliant with the requirements described in Section 1.10 of Specification 4 of this Agreement. Registry Operator must make available the services only to authenticated users after they logged in by supplying proper credentials (i.e., user name and password). Registry Operator must issue such credentials exclusively to eligible users and institutions that supply sufficient proof of their legitimate interest in this feature (e.g., law enforcement agencies).

  • Time Clocks The Company shall provide time clocks to enable employees to record their own time for payroll purposes. Employees shall record their own time at the time they start and finish work and the time they commence and return from meal periods and such other recordings as may be required by the Company.
