Timing of WorkThe Contractor will: (a) commence the Work on the Commencement Date; (b) carry out the Work continuously and diligently until it is completed; and (c) complete the Work by the Completion Date, unless, and then only to the extent, the Company suspends or curtails the Work under this Agreement and such suspension or curtailment reasonably prevents the Contractor from not achieving such requirements.

Timing of Work a. In general, routine maintenance and construction activities that take place in sensitive habitat and/or in channels below ordinary high water will be conducted during the dry season (May 1 through October 15). Maintenance activities that are in upland areas and that would not affect streams may occur during low rainfall years at times when there is no predicted rainfall (chance of precipitation is less than 30 percent chance of rain). Activities that are subject to permit requirements will be conducted during the period authorized by the permits.
Timing of WorkContractor agrees to perform the Work in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of any construction schedule that Builder may from time to time develop and submit to Contractor. Within three (3) calendar days after being notified by Builder, Contractor shall commence actual construction of the Work and shall thereafter diligently continue the Work to completion. If, in the opinion of Builder, Contractor falls behind the construction schedule, Builder shall take steps as may be necessary to accelerate the Work.
Timing of Work. 15.5.1. The Lessee will cause the work to be carried out pursuant to the Development Plan to be carried out expeditiously subject to delays arising from Unavoidable Delay or from economic or market conditions beyond the Lessee’s control.
Timing of Work. It is the mutual desire and intention of the Parties that the Improvements shall be commenced as soon as practicable. Accordingly, the Parties hereby agree to cooperate with each other and make reasonable, good faith efforts to perform their obligations hereunder in a timely manner. Timing of WorkHoliday decorations install shall begin on or before November 27, 2023, and completed by December 1, 2023. Removal shall begin no earlier than January 08, 2024 and completed by January 12, 2024. Goods shall be delivered to the Village’s Public Works Yard, 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX upon removal in January 2024. No Work shall be done prior to the receipt of a mutually agreed to and signed contract and a Village Purchase Order signed by the Village’s purchasing manager.
Timing of WorkTIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN PERFORMANCE OF CONTRACTOR’S OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. Contractor will begin the Work as specified in the applicable PO. Contractor will coordinate its Work with Company and other contractors of Company so that there will be no delay or interference with other work being performed. Contractor will perform the Work diligently to completion and will at all times comply with and conform to the PO. Upon Company’s request, Contractor will furnish to Company full progress reports regarding the Work. If Contractor falls behind in performance of the Work or furnishing the necessary materials in accordance with the PO, then Contractor will take whatever action is necessary, including without limitation, increasing its workforce, number of shifts, overtime operations, working on weekends, and obtaining additional equipment, at Contractor’s sole expense, to timely complete the Work. If a delay is caused by the Contractor’s failure to furnish labor or materials, and such delay (whether or not caused in part by others) causes Company to incur any loss or any other liability, including but not limited to liabilities incurred by Company to complete the Work itself or to hire another contractor or a subcontractor to complete the Work, then, in addition to all other remedies available to Company hereunder, Company may require Contractor to reimburse Company for such portion of the loss or liability incurred by Company caused by Contractor’s delay.
Timing of WorkLighting Work shall begin on or before November 29, 2021. Installation of the garland shall start no earlier than November 29, 2021. Installation of the lights and garland shall be completed by December 2, 2021. Takedown of lights and garland shall be completed by January 7, 2022. No Work shall be done prior to the receipt of a mutually agreed to and signed contract and a Village Purchase Order signed by the Village’s purchasing manager.
