CONTRACT TIME SCHEDULE. 5.1 The Work to be performed under this Agreement shall commence on or about June 1, 2007 and shall reach Final Completion on or about November 30, 2008. All dates in this article are subject to Owner providing proof of financial commitment from its lender and equity funding for the entire contract value, entering an EPC contract with the Contractor and paying a down payment to the Contractor by June 1, 2007. At that point, concentrated detailed engineering work will begin by Bratney Company and Cimbria-Sket. (“Beginning of Performance”). Dates in this section will be adjusted earlier or later based on the June 1, 2007 target for “Beginning of Performance”, but not necessarily on a day-for-day basis subject to mutual agreement of both parties.   • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Delivery Schedule The scheduled months of delivery of the Aircraft are listed in the attached Table 1. Exhibit B describes certain responsibilities for both Customer and Boeing in order to accomplish the delivery of the Aircraft.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).
