TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. (a) To enable each Hotel to generate suitable promotional material related to the use of the System and to enable personnel of each Hotel to advise and encourage guests regarding their use of the System, Provider will provide a one-time training course on the use and operation of the System for as many employees as Hotel deems desirable at no charge. Such training shall take place within sixty (60) days of the installation done under this Agreement. (b) Hotel will exercise best efforts to provide complimentary accommodations for Provider training personnel. In addition, Provider, MagiNet and GDG personnel will be reasonably available at no charge for telephone consultation to personnel of Hotels to provide further assistance regarding use and operation of the Systems, including an in-country telephone number staffed on a twenty-four hour basis.

TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. During the Transition Period set forth in Section 5.1 of the Agreement IBM will provide training and consultation to FVC personnel concerning the manufacturing process related to the IBM 8300. IBM will also provide reasonable assistance to FVC on sourcing information described in Attachment B.3.2 by introducing FVC personnel to the IBM and third party supplier representatives and explaining to the representatives IBM's desire to enable FVC to assume manufacture of the FVC version 8300.
TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. Contractor shall provide in-service training to designated DOHMH staff regarding Contractor’s Lab Services and the laboratory rules and procedures. In-service training shall take place at mutually agreeable times at DOHMH facility or at a location agreed upon by Contractor and DOHMH. Contractor’s laboratory staff shall be available to consult with DOHMH personnel by telephone at all times to discuss laboratory procedures and test results. Contractor shall provide DOHMH with timely access to Contractor’s professional medical and technical staff for consulting regarding testing and patient results.
TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. The Parties acknowledge that the Technology Transfer will include training and consultation services to be provided by Licensor. Such training and consultation shall be conducted at both Parties’ sites. Licensee shall have reasonable access to such of Licensor’s employees, consultant and advisors as Licensee may request in connection with the Technology Transfer. Representatives of Licensee may from time to time, following reasonable notice to Licensor and during regular business hours, to a reasonable extent visit Licensor’s facilities to monitor activities in order to develop a more complete understanding of the Licensed Technology. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee shall reimburse Licensor for all its costs related to such training and consultation services as stated in this Section 3.2.

TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. 3.1 Initial Training. Purchaser shall receive five days of "Initial Training" at Interline's facilities in Sandy, Utah, U.S.A. Initial Training shall be conducted on a Monday through Friday week reasonably designated by Interline. Initial Training shall provide instruction with respect to the operation and use of the Unit. Interline's pilot plant, or some other appropriate Interline facility, will be used for Initial Training. Initial Training will be attended by not more than ten trainees designated by Purchaser. Each day of training shall be approximately 6 to 8 hours. The Initial Training shall address operation, maintenance and service of the Unit. Interline shall provide to the Purchaser staffing details and the qualifications and experience required for trainees suitable to undergo Initial Training. Such trainees must have education and experience in oil refining operations and maintenance. It is Purchaser's responsibility to employ trainees meeting these requirements for the Initial Training. Interline shall provide the Purchaser with written training guidelines and manuals to back up the Initial Training.

TRAINING AND CONSULTATION. 23.1. MagiNet shall provide in each country at least one telephone number that can be called to obtain immediate assistance on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. 23.2. MagiNet shall designate at least one entity within each country that shall be responsible for maintenance of the System, which maintenance shall include periodic examinations (as advised by remote monitoring procedures called for in Exhibit A) of the machines used to ensure that they are all in proper working condition. 23.3. To enable each Hotel to generate suitable promotional material related to the use of the System and to enable personnel of each Hotel to advise and encourage guests regarding their use of the System, MagiNet will provide a one-time training course on the use and operation of the System for as many employees as each Hotel deems desirable at no charge. GDG and MagiNet shall also, at no charge, train up to ten (10) individuals from the Hyatt Parties once per year in the use and operation of the System, and one person with each of the Hyatt Parties in the use of the off-site monitoring technology for the System. Such training shall take place within sixty (60) days of the first installation done under this Agreement. 23.4. Hotels will provide accommodations for MagiNet training personnel at the best rate offered to any customer, and shall offer discounted or complimentary rooms if consistent with their policies. In addition, MagiNet and GDG personnel will be reasonably available at no charge for telephone consultation to personnel of Hotels to provide further assistance regarding use and operation of the Systems.
