Attachment 2 of this OEM agreement describes the plan and schedule to which Bonitasoft will provide Customer with adequate technical, sales and marketing training, to enable Customer to market, demonstrate and support the Bonitasoft Software as part of the Customer Solution, as contemplated in this Agreement.

Training and Sales Support. 10.1 Concur agrees (at Concur's expense) to promptly after the Effective Date to train ADP's salesforce; and (b) to provide ADP with sales tools, including but not limited to on-line demo capability and boilerplate sales proposals. Additionally, Concur agrees to make appropriate personnel available to the ADP salesforce to answer Concur Product- related questions and to assign and dedicate an appropriate number of [ * * * ] sales representatives, as mutually agreed to by ADP and Concur, to support the ADP salesforce, at Concur's expense. During Phase One a minimum of [ * * * ]will, so long as ADP provides office space, be physically located in ADP regions in the Territory, [ * * * ]where possible, selected by ADP and Concur. Prior to Phase One, and prior to National roll-out, ADP and Concur shall mutually agree in writing on the extent to which the Concur representatives will be dedicated to ADP and on their physical location.
Training and Sales Support. CNC will provide, at its expense, a -------------------------- designated point-of-contact for sales and/or technical support questions shared by other channel organizations. Additional sales and/or technical support will be provided to WCG at WCG's expense and subject to mutual agreement. However, CNC will credit WCG 2% of the monthly revenue (net of commissions payable to WCG) in excess of $500,000 towards the cost of these resources. CNC will provide initial training (e.g., one day of training per product unless additional training is mutually agreed upon) on CNC Services as they are made available to WCG. WCG will reimburse CNC for its out-of-pocket expenses to perform such training. Such training will be designed to be a "train-the- trainer" program, which will be held at a location to be mutually agreed to by the Parties. Additional training may be performed by CNC for WCG, at WCG's request and expense, if both CNC and WCG deem it necessary. From time-to-time, and subject to mutual agreement, CNC may participate in cooperative sales calls with WCG sales representatives for the purpose of enhancing the ability for WCG representatives to become self-sufficient and productive in closing business on behalf of CNC. CNC will provide either camera-ready copy or , at WCG's expense, quantities of sales promotion literature and materials.
Training and Sales Support. The Supplier shall provide training for sales, services and parts personnel of Scania, Scania Affiliates and Dealers as may be required from time to time. Such training shall be free of charge and held at locations as agreed between the Parties from time to time. Travel and accommodation expenses for personnel shall be paid by Scania, its Affiliates or Dealers, as applicable.

  • Manufacturing and Marketing Rights The Company has not granted rights to manufacture, produce, assemble, license, market, or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company's exclusive right to develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute, market, or sell its products.

  • Promotion and Marketing For the purpose of promotion and marketing, the Borrower hereby authorizes and consents to the reproduction, disclosure and use by the Lenders and the Agent of its name, identifying logo and the Facilities, provided that the amount of Facilities shall not be disclosed. The Borrower acknowledges and agrees that the Lenders shall be entitled to determine, in their sole discretion, whether to use such information; that no compensation will be payable by the Lenders or the Agent in connection therewith; and that the Lenders and the Agent shall have no liability whatsoever to it or any of its employees, officers, directors, affiliates or shareholders in obtaining and using such information as contemplated herein.

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. The service components facilitate agencies’ requirements for managing and coordinating customer interactions across multiple communication channels and business lines. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
