Transparency and Communication. All Interreg project partners or financial instruments application body shall acknowledge support from the Interreg fund, including resources reused for financial instruments in accordance with Article 62 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, for the Interreg operation by: Providing a brief description of the Interreg project on the partner’s official website or social media platforms, if available, that reflects the level of support provided by the Interreg fund. This description should include the objectives and results of the Interreg project, highlighting the financial support from the Interreg fund. Providing a statement that prominently highlights the support from the Interreg fund on documents and communication materials related to the implementation of the Interreg action that are intended for the public or participants. Displaying durable plaques or signs visible to the public, showing the Union emblem in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in Annex IX of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, as soon as implementation of the Interreg project has been started, which includes physical investments or purchase of equipment, or as soon as equipment purchased in relation to Interreg-supported operations with a total cost exceeding EUR 100,000 is installed. For Interreg projects that do not fall under point (c), presenting to the public at least one poster of A3 size or an equivalent electronic image with information about the Interreg operation, with particular emphasis on the support from the Interreg fund, unless the beneficiary is a natural person. For strategic projects and projects with a total cost exceeding EUR 5,000,000, organizing a communication event involving the Commission and the responsible Managing Authority in due course. The word “Interreg” shall be mentioned next to the Union emblem, in accordance with art. 47 of Regulation (EC) 2021/1060. The Lead Beneficiary must ensure compliance of the project with Article 36 ‘Responsibilities of Managing Authorities and Partners Regarding Transparency and Communication”, paragraphs 4-6 of Regulation (EC) 1059/2021, Articles 47 & 50 and Annex IX of Regulation (EC) 1060/2021 concerning communication measures (information and publicity) related to co-financing from the Structural Funds, and the Communication Guide for Beneficiaries of Projects implemented under the Programme. Transparency and Communication. Regular and open communication and information-sharing will strength- en our ability to effectively carry out the Employer’s mission. To ensure transparency, the Employer will make any documents relevant to the labor relations process, as established by law, available to employees and the Union upon request. Many of these documents will be posted on the intranet and employees are encouraged to review them.
Transparency and Communication. Project beneficiaries must implement information and publicity actions in accordance with Article 36 paragraphs 4-6 of Regulation (EU) 1059/2021, Articles 47 & 50 Annex IX of Regulation (EU) 1060/2021 concerning the technical characteristics of information and communication measures for the projects and the system for recording and storing data. They must play an active role in any actions organized to disseminate the results of the project. The Lead Beneficiary will coordinate the publicity actions of the project. If, following relevant recommendations from the Managing Authority, the indicated publicity actions have not been undertaken, the Managing Authority may, considering the principle of proportionality, impose corrections of up to 2% of the support at the Partner level. The Lead Beneficiary and project beneficiaries must take into account that project results must be made available to the public and accessible to all interested parties. Furthermore, they commit to actively participating in any actions organized to utilize and disseminate the project results. Each beneficiary must highlight, in the context of any publicity actions, that the project was implemented with Union co-financing from the Cooperation Programme.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract.
