Transportation Uniforms. ‌ a) Bus Monitors and Aides: Appropriate, standardized large golf umbrellas shall be purchased by the School District and placed on each bus.

Transportation Uniforms. 12 The District agrees to provide the following uniforms for bus drivers and 13 appropriate transportation department employees: 15 Cold/wet weather jacket or coat. 16 Light weight jacket or coat.

Transportation Uniforms. The District will provide uniforms to the mechanics and bus drivers/instructor(s) of the Transportation Department. Each mechanic and bus driver/instructor will receive uniforms and the District will provide a laundry service option.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. By receiving such reimbursement, employees acknowledge that they may be required to use their own personal vehicle to transport clients/consumers/felons in the normal course of their duties. The reimbursement to such employee(s) is the actual cost of the rider not to exceed seventy-five dollars ($75) per year whichever is less. This reimbursement will be paid on a yearly basis in the pay period that includes July 1st. Employees who either resign, retire, or have their employment terminated during the year and employees who start during any part of the year will have the reimbursement prorated. In the case of employees who either retire, resign, or have their employment terminated will have that portion of the reimbursement repaid to the State, in the last paycheck.
