TWO-STEP PROCESS. At each step of the process, the meeting members will include those listed, but may not be limited to those listed. Step One: Director of the Department or Department Manager, Employee, and a Representative of both the Association and the Personnel Department. Director of the Department or Department Manager is the decision -maker. Step Two: Municipal Manager, Director of Personnel Services, Employee, Association Representative and Director of Department or Department Manager. Municipal Manager is decision- maker. In the event there is an Association grievance as such, or a Municipal grievance as such, either party may initiate the grievance procedure commencing at Step Three above and shall be governed by the time restraints contained therein and shall further be governed by the ten working day reporting time restraint detailed in Step One. In the event there is a Municipal Grievance the grievance shall be directed to the Association's Business Agent.
TWO-STEP PROCESS. 1. Student Evaluation Each part-time faculty member shall have student evaluations conducted by the appropriate Vice President or designee in at least one course during the first semester of his/her first assignment at that college. Subsequent student evaluations shall take place every other semester in which an instructional assignment is held. The student evaluations are the property of the faculty member, and will be returned to the faculty member at the end of the semester, and the information contained therein will not be retained by the college or the district, or included in the faculty member’s personnel file.

  • Complaints Process The School shall establish and adhere to a process for resolving public complaints which shall include an opportunity for complainants to be heard. The final administrative appeal shall be heard by the School's Governing Board, except where the complaint pertains to a possible violation of any law or term under this Contract. The complaints process shall be readily accessible from the School’s website, as described in Section 11.4.1.

  • Formal Process A. Step 1: If a grievant is not satisfied with the resolution proposed at the informal level, s/he may within fourteen (14) days after the supervisor's response was due file a formal written grievance with his/her manager on a form provided by the County Personnel Office containing a statement describing the grievance, the section of this Agreement allegedly violated, and remedy requested. The manager (or designee) shall, within seven (7) days have a meeting with the grievant and within seven (7) days thereafter give a written answer to the grievant.

  • Layoff Process Layoff of bargaining unit members is an undesired outcome of an extremely harsh and unforgiving economic reality. Prior to the declaration of retrenchment or a financial exigency, the following process will be employed:

  • TRANSACTION PROCESS The RFQ for this Lot will contain a deliverable-based Statement of Work (SOW). The RFQ will include, but is not limited to: Authorized User timeframes; system integration requirements; and other risks that may affect the cost to the Authorized User.   • Grievance Process In the event of any dispute arising in connection with any part of this clause, such a dispute shall be processed in accordance with the dispute settling provisions of this Agreement.

  • Parties to the Process a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (“The Committee”), which shall be composed of equal representation of up to four (4) representatives each of the employer bargaining agency and employee bargaining agency (“the central parties”), and up to three representatives of the Crown. The Committee will be co-chaired by a representative from each bargaining agency. All correspondence to the committee will be sent to both co-chairs.

  • Approval Process Tenant shall notify Landlord whether it approves of the submitted working drawings within three business days after Landlord’s submission thereof. If Tenant disapproves of such working drawings, then Tenant shall notify Landlord thereof specifying in reasonable detail the reasons for such disapproval, in which case Landlord shall, within five business days after such notice, revise such working drawings in accordance with Tenant’s objections and submit the revised working drawings to Tenant for its review and approval. Tenant shall notify Landlord in writing whether it approves of the resubmitted working drawings within one business day after its receipt thereof. This process shall be repeated until the working drawings have been finally approved by Landlord and Tenant. If Tenant fails to notify Landlord that it disapproves of the initial working drawings within three business days (or, in the case of resubmitted working drawings, within one business day) after the submission thereof, then Tenant shall be deemed to have approved the working drawings in question. Any delay caused by Tenant’s unreasonable withholding of its consent or delay in giving its written approval as to such working drawings shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day (defined below). If the working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant by the 15th business day after the delivery of the initial draft thereof to Tenant, then each day after such time period that such working drawings are not fully approved (or deemed approved) by both Landlord and Tenant shall constitute a Tenant Delay Day.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Global Connection to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Global Connection’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.
