For those teachers who are on limited or extended limited contracts pursuant to ORC 3319.11 and who have been rated as “Ineffective” on their Annual Summative rating or are under consideration for nonrenewal, will have an annual evaluation that includes: 1) Three (3) formal observations of one class period (no less than thirty (30) consecutive minutes each); and 2) three (3) unscheduled classroom walk-throughs no less than five (5) and no more than twenty (20) minutes each per cycle.
