The Union shall provide the signed authorization to the City and dues will begin after the card has been received. The Employer shall honor the terms and conditions of each employee’s authorization for payroll deduction. The Union agrees to refund to the Employee any amounts paid to it on error upon presentation of proper evidence. The Employer shall provide to the Union employee and other information consistent with RCW 41.56.035.
