Union Right to Information. (a) Upon request, the Union shall be provided the following information / documentation:
i. completed JDs, including for each JD the ratings and points of each subfactor;
ii. JD templates;
iii. Evaluation results (rating sheets);
iv. completed Review Forms;
v. Supervisor’s comments;
vi. Review results;
vii. the Job Evaluation Plan; and/or
viii. for each incumbent: their name and gender; job title; the gender of the job or job group; JD number; and department.
(b) HRS shall post on its website all JDs and Rating Sheets.
Union Right to Information. The University shall provide to the Union, upon written request, any information which is legally required for the Union to function as the collective bargaining representative of employees covered by this Agreement. The University shall notify the Union on a current basis of all hires, promotions, reclassifications, transfers, terminations, leaves of absence in excess of thirty
Union Right to Information. The Board shall furnish the Union President with the following documents and kinds of information as they are regularly received, completed, or compiled. Website access shall suffice as a means of furnishing this information.
A. Board agendas
B. Official minutes of Board meetings
C. Monthly budget summaries
D. School policy manual and revisions
E. Annual auditor’s report
F. Current fiscal year budget
G. Employee lists including home addresses and telephone numbers The Board and the Union shall make available to each other, upon request, any and all information, statistics, and records of a non-confidential nature which may be relevant to negotiations or necessary for the proper enforcement of the terms of this Agreement.

Union Right to Information. In accordance with the provisions of Section 1013(e)(4) of Chapter 10 of the Act, the Agency agrees to provide the Union, upon request and to the extent not prohibited by law, data:
(1) which is normally maintained by the Agency in the regular course of business;
(2) which is reasonably available and necessary for full and proper discussion, understanding, and negotiation of subjects which fall within the scope of collective bargaining; and
(3) which does not constitute guidance, advice, counsel, or training provided for management officials or confidential employees, relating to collective bargaining.

USAID will acknowledge receipt and will furnish data to the extent not prohibited by law, which is compliant with 22 USC 4113(e)(4), in a timely manner, normally within seven (7) days. If the Agency is not able to furnish appropriate data within this timeframe, it will provide estimates on data production timelines. The Agency is encouraged to provide partial responses as data becomes available.
Union Right to Information. The University shall provide to the Union, upon written request, any information which is legally required for the Union to function as the collective bargaining representative of employees covered by this Agreement. The University shall provide the Union Secretary with a record of new hires, salary information, promotions, transfers, terminations, leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) days duration, copies of discipline issued to bargaining unit members and disabilities in excess of eight (8) calendar days for all bargaining unit members including those who work at the Library, and the ReCAP facility and a list of bargaining unit term and casual employees. The new salary information will be provided to the Union Secretary every 4-6 weeks. In individual cases relating to the hire, promotion, transfer, discharge, layoff and scheduling of employees, specific information as to seniority and qualifications shall be made available to the Union upon request. The Union shall receive monthly the available copies of Princeton University Library Bulletins, minutes of departmental and committee meetings, and annual reports.

Union Right to Information. The Union shall have the right to inspect and have access to all monitoring, accident reports, workplace inspection reports, research studies, and health and safety reports.
