Usage License. Subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Sensus hereby gives Customer a license under Sensus’ intellectual property rights to use the Sensus Applications for the Permitted Use for so long as Customer is current in its payments for the Applications (“Usage License”). This Usage License shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate upon the earlier of; (i) the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason; (ii) if Customer uses the Applications provided hereunder other than for the Permitted Use; and (iii) the Application is terminated as set forth below.
Usage License. The usage license shall only be issued after presentation of evidence of full payment of the premium as defined in clause nine and the full performance of the obligations contained in clause eight.
Usage License. 1.1. XXXX IT SYSTEMS grants the Subscriber a License for non-exclusive use of the Service, as an ancillary provision inherent to the existence of the Subscriber’s active subscription. This License will be deemed to be issued to the Subscriber once they state their acceptance of its terms and conditions when registering for the Service, and will remain in force throughout the period in which their subscription remains active. Subscription to the Service will be initially activated upon receipt of the first subscription fee according to the payment plan chosen by the Subscriber during registration (or by means of access during trial or free usage periods derived from offers), and will remain active as long as the applicable subscription fees are paid pursuant to the payment schedule. Once registered, if the Subscriber does not activate or maintain an active subscription, XXXX IT SYSTEMS may terminate this Usage License and delete the Subscriber's account. The different subscription plans available and their prices can be consulted on the Service Website at any time.
Usage License. This License is strictly limited to the terms and conditions below, and are governed by the Copyright laws of the United States, as specified in Title 17 of the United States Code: Licensor: Agency / Stellar Media Collective LLC Licensee: Client, as defined on Estimate / Invoice Usage Time: For the life of the active real estate listing and/or until the listing agreement between the current seller and agent(s) ends, or until the paid advertisement term ends as per contractual agreement. Region: Worldwide Type: Non-Exclusive, Real Estate Listing Rights Granted: Media may be used on websites, social media (with credit), the MLS and other Real Estate marketing sites and printed materials for the specific purpose of marketing the subject property as an active Real Estate listing. Following the sale of the property or end of the agent/seller agreement, Media may continue to be used for personal promotion of the Real Estate agent's services in the form of portfolio books, brochures, on personal websites, personal social media (with credit) and mobile devices. The license is not transferable to other parties. (Auction houses, Homeowners, Brokerages, Interior Designers, Architects, Builders, Contractors, New Owners, Vacation Rental advertising etc.) All inquiries for additional usage by licensees or by additional parties of the copyrighted materials shall be directed to Stellar Media Collective LLC. The Agency reserves the right to license the Media to other parties at their own discretion. Commercial Usage License This License is strictly limited to the terms and conditions below, and are governed by the Copyright laws of the United States, as specified in Title 17 of the United States Code: Licensor: Agency / Stellar Media Collective LLC Licensee: Client, as defined on Estimate / Invoice Usage Time: One Year, during the current ownership of Client company, and until ownership of the property, company or product line has changed or ended; whichever is sooner. Usage Time begins on the date of Media delivery.
Usage License. As a User you are granted a limited revocable license to access, view, and modify limited content of the Site for the sole and limited purpose of using the Site for its intended purpose (i.e., soliciting or fulfilling Knowledge Engagements or providing Knowledge Services). The access, view, or use of the Site or any portion of its content for any other purpose is expressly prohibited.
Usage License. This Agreement grants the Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the Freeware. The Licensee may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, redistribute, lend or otherwise transfer the Freeware or any portion thereof except as provided herein.

Usage License. Defines a non-exclusive and indefinite license provided within the scope of Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for the use of the Software and Documentation that they are included in.

ScantoDine hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use ScantoDine applications to access the Services on one mobile device according to these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or use the ScantoDine applications by any means or for any purpose other than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree that ScantoDine retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights related thereto. You agree not to remove, alter, or otherwise obscure any trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights notices contained within or displayed by the ScantoDine applications. PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE You may use the Services only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unless expressly authorized by ScantoDine in writing, you may not: - market, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise offer the ScantoDine applications to any other individual or entity; - attempt to modify, reverse engineer or disassemble the Services, or make any other attempt to obtain source code from the Services; - use the Services in any way that may adversely affect ScantoDine's Services or the ability of other users to use those services in any way; - communicate in any way the results of any product testing, competitive benchmarking or other product evaluation outside of your own organization; - use the Services for any other commercial or competitive reasons.
