The State and Federal funding received, as approved by the CEO, shall be in addition to the $1.5 million allocated in Section 1. Section 3. The Parties agree to create a Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC), composed of eight (8) members selected by management and eight (8) members selected by SEIU Local 721. The JLMC shall operate as a partnership with shared decision-making about participation, selection, development, implementation and evaluation of proposed Training Fund programs commensurate with a training implementation plan for each course that shall be developed by the JLMC.
