Solicitation of Funds. There shall be no coercion or intimidation in solicitation of funds of the employees by Management, for charity or other purposes. Employees will determine of their own accord if they desire or not to contribute.

The County agrees to work with Local 721 to seek State and/or Federal Funds available to the County to address retraining needs of employees represented by SEIU Local 721 adversely impacted as a result of re-engineering/organizational restructuring as ordered by the Board of Supervisors. The County agrees to consult with SEIU Local 721 regarding its efforts to obtain State and Federal funds for displaced workers affected by layoffs and to partner with SEIU Local 721 for the joint solicitation of funds as appropriate. Further, the County agrees to work with SEIU Local 721 to seek State and Federal funding for workforce training and career skills enhancement for SEIU Local 721 members. The State and Federal funding received, as approved by the CEO, shall be in addition to the $1.5 million allocated in Section 1. Section 3. The Parties agree to create a Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC), composed of eight (8) members selected by management and eight (8) members selected by SEIU Local 721. The JLMC shall operate as a partnership with shared decision-making about participation, selection, development, implementation and evaluation of proposed Training Fund programs commensurate with a training implementation plan for each course that shall be developed by the JLMC.

Solicitation of Funds. Teachers shall not be required to participate in solicitation of student funds for any reason. Teachers shall not be held liable for lost or stolen funds collected for business or commercial companies.

Solicitation of Funds. Producer shall be responsible for the solicitation of funds required for the Project. The determination of who is solicited shall be the responsibility of Producer. Producer shall keep KRCB informed of all solicitation activities connected with the Project so as to avoid possible conflicts. Producer shall submit the Project budget to KRCB.

Solely under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Sample and its authorized representatives shall be authorized to solicit gifts, grants, and contributions of cash in the name of and on behalf of the Foundation for the sole purpose of carrying out the programs and activities set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement. The Sample, for itself and each of its authorized representatives, agrees that all such solicitations shall be made in a manner consistent with the requirements of this Agreement.

In keeping with this policy, on the effective date of this Agreement, the Employer shall cancel out all previous vouchers signed by employees authorizing payroll deductions for contributions and all monies still in any fund at that date shall be refunded to all employees on an equal basis.
Solicitation of Funds. Artist may solicit gifts, contributions and grants to Agency, earmarked for Artist's restricted fund. Artist's choice of funding sources to be approached, and the text of Artist’s fund-raising materials are subject to Agency's prior written approval. All grant agreements, pledges, or other commitments with funding sources to support Artist via Agency's restricted fund shall be executed by Agency and must be approved 10 days in advance of any and all transactions. The cost of any reports or other compliance measures required by any funding sources shall be borne by Artist.
Solicitation of Funds. Solicitation of funds during public access programs is limited to non-profit organizations providing an IRS letter of determination indicating 501(c)(3) status.
