Telephone Use. Employee representatives may use University telephones to conduct union business which is specifically authorized by Article 8, Grievance Procedure. Employees are responsible for paying any costs associated with such telephone usage in accordance with the departmental procedures in effect at the time. The frequency and duration of permitted telephone calls shall not be such as to interfere with or disrupt the employees’ completion of work assignments, nor impair the efficiency of University operations. UC may audit employee’s use of telephone system.
Telephone Use. 1. On a call-by-call basis, with express permission from the immediate supervisor, local Union officers may use existing University telephones for the sole purpose of conducting Union business which is specifically authorized by section F of Article 9 - Grievance Procedure of this Agreement. No calls of any type shall be made which result in a charge other than the local rate for the call. Conference calls or calls involving tolls, long distance charges or utilizing such systems as ATSS or TMS shall not be made. The frequency and duration of permitted phone calls shall not be such as to interfere with or disrupt the employee's completion of work assignments, nor impair the efficiency of University operations. The University may keep a record and log of Union use of the telephone system.
Telephone Use. City telephones are not to be used for personal calls during class time. Personal use of the phones is limited to emergencies or class-related urgent needs.
Telephone Use. If telephone service is available, tenant(s) may use the same free of charge for all local calls. All long distance calls must be placed collect or charged to tenant(s) Credit/Calling card.
Telephone Use. To use telephones in any building to carry out Association business. Any fees or toll call charges shall be reimbursed to the Board of Education by the Association. These calls are not to be made at a time that interferes with duties assigned by the Board and Administration.
Telephone Use. Necessary telephone calls of a personal nature from Laboratory extensions are permitted but should be kept to a minimum to keep telephone lines open for Laboratory business. Public telephones are located in various areas for employee convenience. Employees may not charge personal or Union toll calls to the Employer. Employees are to bill personal or Union toll calls to their residence phone, credit card, call collect or use a public telephone.
Telephone Use. 2/6/1 Union officers and representatives shall be allowed to use telephone facilities for Union business. The Union shall reimburse the Employer for all long distance, STS, or other line charges.
Telephone Use. The Employer may provide cell phones or other communication devices to employees and it is understood and agreed that where employees use devices for personal use, and as a result accrue minutes beyond the available minutes provided as part of a package plan (monthly plan) by the service provider, the employee who has been assigned the phone shall be responsible to reimburse the Employer for any additional costs that result from such personal use.
Telephone Use. The district authorizes the CFT/PFA to use district telephones (excluding facsimile machines) provided calls are placed only to college work sites and the use of the telephone equipment does not interfere with college business. Long-distance telephone calls will not be made from district telephones unless authorized by the vice president, administrative services, and in such cases, the call will be logged in advance with the district business services office, which will xxxx the CFT/PFA for the cost.
Telephone Use. Two representatives of the bargaining unit may use City telephones to make local calls regarding official union business.
