VACATE. 1. Upon the termination of this agreement, or the expiration of the occupancy term, whichever is first, student shall promptly vacate unit and shall follow all requirements in this section, including but not limited to: cleaning student’s room, removing all of their personal belongings; inspection of room, assigned and shared spaces; completing a move out inspection and timely turning in of keys.
2. Student agrees to thoroughly clean room; including, but not limited to, student’s bedroom, common areas, appliances and the furniture. Student agrees to dispose of waste, garbage, and recycling relating to the move-out process. If student does not adequately clean room or assigned spaces, student may be assessed additional fees based on the college’s costs.
3. Student shall contact residence life to arrange for a room inspection prior to vacating. At the time of vacate, student shall have the assigned unit inspected by a residence life staff member, complete a move out checklist, and turn in keys. If student fails to arrange a unit inspection, student may be assessed an Improper move out fee of $50, an approximation of administrative costs.
4. If student fails to remove all of their personal belongings, the college may consider the items abandoned, and may either sell or dispose of them or pack and store them at the student’s expense. Student recognizes and agrees that the college will not be responsible for damage or loss of students belongs during packing and storage. Student will be responsible for an additional payment of an amount equal to costs for removal of abandoned property.
5. If student’s housing is not paid in full by the time student vacates, student understands and agrees that the student may not be able to register at Xxxxxx College (all campuses), transfer credits, receive transcripts or graduate until the outstanding balance is paid in full. The college reserves the right to assess and recover collection agency fees in accordance with RCW 19.16.500, which may be based on a percentage of the debt due, at a maximum of forty (40) percent, in addition to the recovery of any outstanding balance, plus attorney’s fees, court costs, and any moving and storage fees.
VACATE. A. Upon the termination of this Agreement or expiration of the Occupancy Term, whichever is first, Student shall promptly vacate occupant’s Unit and shall follow all Vacate requirements in this Section , including, but not limited to, cleaning Student’s Unit; removing all of Student’s personal belongings; arranging an inspection of Student’s Unit; completing the ACR; and timely turning in Unit keys.
B. Student agrees to thoroughly clean Student’s Unit, including, but not limited to, Student’s bedroom, the Unit’s common areas, the appliances, and the furniture in Student’s assigned Unit. Student agrees to remove all personal belongings before Student Vacates. Student agrees to properly dispose of waste, garbage, and recycling relating to the move-out process. If Student does not adequately clean Student’s Unit, Student may be assessed additional charges based on the University’s costs to have the Unit cleaned.
C. At least five (5) days prior to the date Student intends to Vacate, Student shall contact the University Resident Assistant to arrange for a Unit inspection prior to Vacating. At the time of Vacate, Student shall have Student’s assigned Unit inspected by a University Housing and Residence Life staff member, complete and submit ACR documenting the condition of Student’s Unit, and turn in Student’s keys. If Student fails to arrange for a Unit inspection by the University, Student may be assessed an additional $50, which Student agrees is a reasonable approximation of the University’s administrative costs.
D. If Student fails to remove all of Student’s personal belongings upon Vacate, the University may consider such belongings abandoned, and it may either sell or dispose of them, or pack and store them at Student’s expense. Student acknowledges and agrees that the University shall have no liability for any damage or loss of Student’s belongings during packing and storage. Student will be responsible for an additional payment of an amount equal to costs for removal of abandoned property.
E. VACATE. Operator shall peacefully vacate and surrender the Condo-Hotel to Owner, and shall deliver to Owner any and all keys, locks and safe combinations, reservation lists, ledgers, bank statements for the Operating Account, budgets, accounting books and records, insurance policies, bonds and other documents, memoranda, schedules, lists, contracts, agreements, leases, licenses, with respect to the Condo-Hotel all as is reasonably necessary to permit continued and uninterrupted operation of the Condo-Hotel, complete copies of correspondence, other files and records generated by Operator in the course of operating the Condo-Hotel and relating exclusively to the Condo-Hotel, nonproprietary software used in the accounting, reservation and other systems of the Condo-Hotel and any licenses required for use thereof, all depository accounts for the Condo-Hotel including the Operating Account and the Shared Components Reserve Fund, and other items required for the operation of the Condo-Hotel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Operator shall not be required to assign to Owner pursuant to the foregoing sentence any Proprietary Information. Accounting and other books and records shall include all electronic as well as paper records, except in the case of any software that is proprietary to Operator or its Affiliates. If any such non-Proprietary Information is maintained Operator or its Affiliates in a regional or central location and is not located at the Condo-Hotel, Operator shall cause such information with respect to the Condo-Hotel to be electronically transferred into systems designated by Owner (including systems of a successor operator) to the extent electronic data is compatible with Owner’s or successor operator’s systems and if not compatible shall cooperate, in all reasonable respects, with Owner and the successor operator in seeking to convert such data to a compatible format. Costs and expenses incurred in connection with any of the foregoing shall be an Owner expense and shall not be the obligation or liability of Operator.
VACATE. Vacate or desert the Demised Premises during the Term of this Lease, or permit same to be empty and unoccupied.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Managers shall not be required to assign to Owner pursuant to the foregoing sentence any Proprietary Information. If you fail to move out on or before the approved time on the exact date required under the agreement (e.g. the end of the agreement term or the date listed on the vacancy notice) you must pay the daily rate of your unit plus 25%, and you may have to indemnify The University and/or prospective residents for damages incurred, including lost income, lodging expenses, and attorney’s fees.

Operator shall peacefully vacate and surrender the Hotel to Owner, and shall deliver to Owner any and all Equipment (along with then existing warranties, operating instructions, and service contracts), Operating Equipment and Operating Supplies (except as otherwise provided in Section 9.2.2), keys, locks and safe combinations, reservation lists, ledgers, bank statements for the Hotel Operating Accounts, Sub-Accounts, budgets, accounting books and records, insurance policies, bonds and other documents, memoranda, schedules, lists, contracts, agreements, leases, licenses, complete copies of guest lists and guest history files, correspondence, other files and records generated by Operator in the course of operating the Hotel and relating primarily to the Hotel, software used in the accounting, reservation and other systems of the Hotel and any licenses required for use thereof (excluding any software proprietary to Operator or its Affiliates), all depository accounts for the Hotel including the Operating Accounts, Sub-Accounts and the Replacement Reserve Fund, and other items required for the operation of the Hotel. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Operator shall not assign to Owner pursuant to the foregoing sentence any Proprietary Information of Operator. Hotel guest lists compiled for Hotel guests during the Term and maintained at the Hotel shall be deemed jointly owned by Owner and Operator and may be used after the Term by each of them as each of them shall determine. Accounting and other books and records shall include all electronic as well as paper records, except in the case of any software that is proprietary to Operator or its Affiliates.
VACATE. In the event that the Leased premises shall be vacated during said term of Lease by Xxxxxx(s), Lessor may take immediate possession thereof for the remainder of the term and in Lessor’s discretion re-let the same and apply the proceeds on the amounts due from Lessee(s), and Xxxxxx(s) to remain liable for the unpaid balance of the rent not recovered by subletting after payment of reasonable expenses incurred in such subletting by Lessor (advertising expenses, utility bills, etc.).
VACATE. Upon approval from City Council, the staff will prepare a Statement of Vacation executed by City Attorney and City Manager and filed in Xxxx Xxx County Clerks Office. Land Management Section will then provide the Petitioner a Statement of Vacation for the vacated Property. Please provide all information requested.
