Vacation Advances Sample Clauses

Vacation Advances. Vacation may not be taken in advance except under extenuating circumstances, in which case the appropriate Executive Administrator or designee may authorize said request.
Vacation Advances. Employees may request a payroll advance equivalent to the amount of the employee's regular pay during the vacation period. To obtain such an advance, the employee must provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days advance written notice of the request to the payroll administrator.
