Violation of Policy. Employees who are working for the City prior to the effective date of this Policy under circumstances which would violate the provisions of paragraph A. 1, 2, and 3 above, will not have their employment circumstances modified on account of this policy provided these circumstances do not, in the judgment of the City, create a problem of supervision, morale, safety or security. Should one of these employees become separated from employment by the City and later reapply, he/she will not be eligible for rehire in circumstances which would create a violation of paragraph A., 1, 2, and 3 of this Policy.
Violation of Policy. The Student acknowledges that violation of this Policy can result in a loss of all Internet access and email privileges. If Student violates this Policy, or in any other way uses Excelsior equipment in a manner that is not consistent with educational uses, the Student will be promptly notified that he or she has violated the Policy. The Student will be given the opportunity to explain why Excelsior should deem the activity in question a use consistent with the educational purposes stated in this Policy. If Excelsior deems that the use is inconsistent with the educational purposes stated in this Policy, Excelsior may terminate the Student’s Internet and email privileges. However, because one of the educational purposes in providing Internet access is to teach students to use the Internet appropriately, Excelsior reserves the right to fashion penalties to specific concerns or specific violations, and Student acknowledges that he or she may receive penalties less than full termination of Internet or email privileges. Such penalties may include, but are not limited to, restricted access to Internet or supervised access to Internet and email. Student also acknowledges that Excelsior will contact the proper legal authorities if Excelsior concludes or suspects that the Student’s Internet activity is a violation of any law or otherwise constitutes an illegal activity.
Violation of Policy. Tenants acknowledge and agree that failure to comply with the terms of the Smoke Free Policy shall be cause for lease enforcement action, including eviction.
Violation of Policy. Compliance with this policy is a condition of employment. Failure or refusal of an employee to cooperate fully, sign any required document, submit to any required inspection or test, abide by any provision of this policy, or follow any prescribed course of substance abuse treatment may result in disciplinary action, including termination for a first offense. Employees referred to an alcohol or drug treatment program by the Company must immediately cease any alcohol or drug abuse, and must comply with all other conditions of the treatment and counseling program. Employees who undergo counseling and treatment for substance abuse and who continue to work must meet all established standards of conduct and job performance. Policy Revisions Revisions to this policy may be made at any time when requested by either party and mutually agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Union.

Such consequences/penalties may include, but are not limited to, restricted access to Internet or supervised access to Internet and email. Student also acknowledges that the Charter School will contact the proper legal authorities if the Charter School concludes or suspects that the Student’s Internet activity is a violation of any law or otherwise constitutes an illegal activity.
Violation of Policy. Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Depending on the nature of the violation, the violator may also be prosecuted under applicable local, state, or federal civil or criminal law. Any employee who attempts to disable, defeat or circumvent any City security facility will be subject to immediate dismissal.
Violation of Policy. Any violation of the Rules and Regulations or Student Code of Conduct is subject to termination of the License and may result in additional violation(s) of the Student Code of Conduct. The disciplinary process is designed to enforce Rules and Regulations and College policy while maintaining educational principles. Community living requires standards of conduct, cooperation, negotiation, and respect for Residents and Housing Staff. This process functions cooperatively with the Housing Office and the College’s Center for Student Well-Being. Student Conduct Procedures Conduct procedures can be found in the Student Code of Conduct xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/offices/judicial/code- of-conduct.cfm If a resident is found in violation of a policy, there are times they may receive a written warning without a full hearing. In these situations, a student can request to go through the full process and have a conduct conference.
Violation of Policy. Any employee issued a mobile device under this policy must comply with the appropriate use provisions of this Policy, and other Teton County policies. Failure to do so will result in loss of use of the mobile device, or a stipend provided to use a personally- owned device, and may be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment. Violation of Policy. Any user found to have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, PRP17 or other University policies and rules related to OIST IT resource access and information security shall be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination or termination of contract, and/or liable for compensation for all damages occurring to OIST. A User violating this Acceptable Use Policy, PRP17 or other University policies and rules related to OIST IT resource access and information security may have his/her computer removed from the network and any University network or computer access disabled. Reinstatement will require the review and approval of the CISO, the CIO, the President, and, in the case of student violators, the Xxxx of the Graduate School. Equipment may be sequestered for forensic review for a prescribed periods for litigation or other legal purposes under direction from the President or General Counsel, and upon consent of the CIO and the CISO.
Violation of Policy. Each Customer is solely responsible for its compliance with this MAP Policy. The Company shall be entitled to unilaterally enforce this MAP Policy. If a Customer violates any provision of this MAP Policy, they will be given 1 warning and will be allowed twenty-four (24) hours to bring advertising into compliance. If the Customer does not become compliant with this Policy, or in the event of a 2nd violation by the Customer, then the Company may discontinue supplying Products to the Customer.
