Visitors Centre/Visits Hall.  Whilst the prisons will take responsibility for the cleaning and maintenance of the visitors centre the provider will act responsibly to assist and support this process during the opening hours of the centres.  The provider will make recommendations within the monthly meetings as regards developing the visits environment  Staff will represent the interests of visitors in discussions with establishment or Prison Service staff.  Service User consultation (including children) is used to evaluate, inform and develop service delivery. This will include the provider carrying out surveys to gather information for and on behalf of the establishment.  The provider will communicate and publicise its services to all registered visitors and to relevant departments and support agencies in London, and to departments and functions within the London prisons within which it operates. Such communications will be subject to approval by the Head of Reducing Reoffending prior to the provider publicising them.  The provider will ensure that a referral and signposting network is established within the visitors’ centres, and that this network is developed in consultation with prison managers. The provider will develop partnership working arrangements with services which meet the wide range of visitors’ needs in order to increase their awareness of and engagement with relevant services, and will facilitate partnership arrangements and/or drop in sessions for as many relevant services as possible  The provider will establish links with local authorities well represented by visitors and provide links to services of those authorities including, but not limited to, all Sure Start Centres  The provider will manage, book and co-ordinate the use of the visitors centre by partner agencies, NOMS staff, police services, domestic and legal visitors and support agencies as required and agreed.  The provider’s visitors’ centre co-ordinator will identify national and local awareness events of identified days/weeks and provide and promote resource material and an ad-hoc referral system for that particular temporary event/s; examples could include National Family Week and National No Smoking Day.  The co-ordinator will work with CFEB to promote the delivery of financial awareness events and information.  The visitors’ centre will offer a range of interaction and support measures that will include, but not be limited to, the following; (a) Prison visits procedures (b) Assisted prison v...

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property. A. All inspections will be made at a mutually agreeable time after the giving of not less than ninety-six (96) hours prior written notice, and will be conducted in such a manner so as not to unreasonably interfere with either the construction or operation of the Applicant’s Qualified Property. B. All inspections may be accompanied by one or more representatives of the Applicant, and shall be conducted in accordance with the Applicant’s safety, security, and operational standards. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this Agreement shall require the Applicant to provide the District, the Comptroller, or the Appraisal District with any technical or business information that is proprietary, a trade secret, or is subject to a confidentiality agreement with any third party.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services.
