Rest Pause. Employees who work a minimum of four consecutive ordinary hours on any one-day shall receive a rest pause of fifteen minutes duration.
Rest Pause. 27.1 Where practicable, all employees shall be entitled to two 10 minute paid rest pauses to be taken in such a way that the ordinary working day is broken up into 4 approximately equal working periods (including the unpaid meal break).
Rest Pause. Sundays An employee, other than a casual employee, not engaged in continuous work who works on a Sunday and (except for meal breaks) immediately thereafter continues such work shall on being relieved from duty be entitled to be absent until they have had ten consecutive hours off duty, without deduction of pay for ordinary time of duty occurring in such absence.
Rest Pause. Ten minute rest pause (Smoko Break) will be provided without loss of pay at a time nominated by the Company and based on operational requirements. Rest pauses shall be taken to accommodate a situation where as no employee shall be required to work more than three and one half hours without a break, including meal breaks. This provision may be altered by the Company to meet production demands and may require employees to stagger such breaks.
Rest Pause. A rest pause of fifteen minutes each morning and a rest pause of fifteen minutes each afternoon shall be allowed to all employees. Such rest pauses are to be counted as time worked and shall be taken at times fixed by the employer, provided that neither rest pauses shall be allowed within one hour of normal commencement or cessation of work. The employee may be required to defer the rest pause for a short period of time when operational requirements such as the completion of loading or unloading trucks occurs.
Rest Pause. Employees working a shift of five (5) hours or more duration are entitled to one (1) paid rest pause of twenty (20) minutes to be taken at a time that is mutually agreed between the Employee and the Employer that will not unnecessarily disrupt the Employer’s operation.
Rest Pause. One rest pause of ten minutes will be allowed to employees without deduction of pay during the day work hours at a time which in the opinion of the supervisor or other person in charge will best suit the work requirements.
Rest Pause. Will occur in-accordance with clause 15 of the, Storeman and Packers, General (State) Award provided flexibility will occur at the employer’s discretion to ensure continuity of work in the operation. Such times will be between the hours of 09:00 to 09:30 daily.
Rest Pause. Employees shall be allowed each day, without reduction of pay, a rest pause of ten minutes' duration between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. and a rest pause of ten minutes' duration between 2.30 p.m. and 3.00 p.m. Such rest pauses shall be taken, in default of agreement, at a place nominated by the Employer.
Rest Pause. (i) Employees will be entitled to a paid ten (10) minutes rest pause between the commencement of work on each day and the main meal break such rest pause shall be taken at a time that will not interfere with continuity of work where continuity is necessary.
