Watchmen. Watchmen shall be placed in either the specialised worker or the unskilled worker group, depending on the nature and scope of their work.
Watchmen. All watchmen including additional if required by master shall always to be on charterers account for the safety and security of the ship.
Watchmen. Watchmen shall receive time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays shall be paid at one and one-half times the established hourly rate. There shall be a minimum guarantee of two (2) hours at the established rate when a watchman reports for work. This article shall not apply to working watchmen.
Watchmen. (a) Contractor shall provide watchmen, at its expense, as Contractor deems necessary to guard and protect HFC's and Contractor's property and Work to be installed under the Contract and as required by Laws and Ordinances and this Contract.
(b) Contractor shall provide, as necessary, at its expense, security personnel to assure that unauthorized people are kept off the Job Site. Such security personnel shall be trained for fire protection and have access to a phone for emergency communications.
Watchmen. Straight time shall be paid Watchmen for work per- formed in any Monday through Friday. Overtime shall be construed and paid in accordance with the overtime provisions of Article IV.
Watchmen i. The development is located in a secure and controlled environment and therefore individual watchmen will not be allowed on the Estate after hours.
ii. No contractors or their employees will be allowed to remain on site after hours.
Watchmen. In the event job openings are not filled by bid within the related department, the job will be bid to the most senior employee from other departments. All promotions and transfers shall be on a thirty
Watchmen. The Employer may employ watchmen who may work on Saturdays and Sundays, and the rate for such employees for work performed on Saturday and Sunday shall be straight time, provided that such employees shall be given two (2) regularly established and consecutive days off during the week; and any work performed on the first such regular day off shall be paid for at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular rate, and any work performed on the second regular day off shall be paid for at double the regular rate. Employees covered under this provision will not be assigned to other classifications of work while so employed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Watchmen. Employ security watchmen in order to protect and preserve the Real Property, and the furniture, fixtures, equipment and materials located thereon.
Watchmen. In the employment of a watchman, retired or handicapped Union members will be given due consideration at the prevailing wages for watchmen.
