Welfare and Fringe Benefits. In addition to his compensation described in paragraph 6 and the benefits described in paragraph 7 above, Employee shall be entitled to participate in such welfare and fringe benefits plans and programs of the Company for which he is eligible.
Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Term of Employment, Executive shall be eligible to participate in all welfare and fringe benefit programs generally available to Company's senior executives.

Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's medical and disability plans applicable to senior officers of the Company in accordance with the terms of such plans as in effect from time to time.
Welfare and Fringe Benefits. (a) Buyer shall grant to each Continuing Employee who is covered immediately before the Closing under Employee Welfare Benefit Plans sponsored by Seller ("Seller's Employee Welfare Benefit Plans") credit for his or her period of employment prior to the Closing with Seller and Aptus under any Employee Welfare Benefit Plan maintained by Buyer for the benefit of such Employees following the Closing (a "Buyer's Employee Welfare Benefit Plan") (including but not limited to arrangements providing disability, vacation, severance and sick time benefits) and shall grant credit for deductibles and co-payments previously paid under any Seller's Employee Welfare Benefit Plan for the year in which Closing occurs. Buyer's Employee Welfare Benefit Plans shall not exclude from coverage or limit coverage for any pre-existing condition of any of the Employees.
Welfare and Fringe Benefits. As soon as practicable following the Termination Date, Xxxxxxx will pay Executive, in lieu of Company-paid coverage for Executive and his dependents under Xxxxxxx'x welfare and fringe benefit plans, a reimbursement amount equal to two times the product of (i) fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Employment Cost Index, as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, for the completed calendar quarter immediately preceding Executive's Termination Date, and the denominator of which is the Employment Cost Index for the first calendar quarter of 2015. In addition, Executive may elect health continuation coverage in accordance with the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act at the Executive's expense.
Welfare and Fringe Benefits. (a) Employee shall be entitled to participate in all such welfare benefit programs and plans that exist or may hereafter be instituted by Employer, and shall receive all other fringe benefits available generally to senior executives of Employer. These welfare benefit plans and programs and other fringe benefits include, by way of illustration, but not by way of limitation, group health insurance benefits, life insurance benefits, long-term and short-term disability benefits, vacation days, and annual Employer holidays.
Welfare and Fringe Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Company's medical and disability plans applicable to senior officers of the Company in accordance with the terms of such plans as in effect from time to time. Specifically, the Executive, his spouse and his children who are under the age of 18 shall participate in the British United Provident Association, providing benefits at London Teaching Hospital Rates, or such other private insurance scheme providing equivalent benefits. In addition, the Executive shall participate in the Company's permanent health insurance plan or receive payment for his personal permanent health insurance plan, at his sole discretion. The Executive shall participate in any disability plan of the Company that replaces his Salary under this Agreement in the event that he suffers a Disability (as defined in Section 4(d) below).
