Administrative Users definition

Administrative Users means an individual authorized by the University with log-in rights to access and use the administrative features of the Service Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Documentation, subject to the maximum number of Administrative Users specified in the Statement of Work.
Administrative Users means Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, agents, directors, subcontractors, or other representatives who are authorized to access and use Services for the purpose of administering Customer’s and/or its Affiliates’ use of such Services.
Administrative Users means personnel of Customer administering Customer and End Users’ use of the SaaS Services.

More Definitions of Administrative Users

Administrative Users means the number of individual named Employees who are able to login to the Software or Services and access the Modules for which We provide no restriction on which function they can access.
Administrative Users means the permitted number of employees or third party contractors designated to use and access the Services (as further described in Section 3 below), as are identified upon Registration or thereafter, via the DeepSight Website. Administrative User(s) identified via the DeepSight Website will control over Administrative User(s) identified at the time of Registration. Administrative User(s) may be modified to reflect personnel changes, provided that the total number does not exceed the permitted number of Administrative User(s) permitted for the Service purchased (as further described in Section 3 below). “Alert Information”: means the alert messages, data and/or information that Symantec provides or makes available to Administrative User(s). “Alert Website” means Symantec’s password-protected alerts website currently located at xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx, including any Symantec subsites accessible via the Alert Website, and all content accessible on such sites. “DeepSight Website”: means either the Alert Website or the TMS Website, as applicable to the Service purchased. “Delivery Medium(s)”: means the manner by which, and / or location where, Symantec will send the Alert Information. Either of the following Delivery Medium(s) may be identified during Registration through the DeepSight Website applicable to the Service purchased for each permitted Administrative User(s): email address(es) or RSS. “Reports”: means the reports that Symantec provides or makes available with each Service purchased. “Symantec Material(s)”: means the materials provided in connection with each Service purchased, including but not limited to the Alert Information, Reports, but not including any third party websites, or content thereon, that may be reached from any link contained in any such materials. “TMS Website”: means Symantec’s password-protected threat management website currently located at XXX.xxxxxxxx.xxx, including any Symantec subsites accessible via the TMS Website, and all content accessible on such sites.

Administrative Users are users with a unique account identifier who are employees, agents, independent contractors or volunteers of a Corporate Account. A "Corporate Account" is: (a) a business, agency or other organization having a contract (either written or with digital affirmative assent) with BEI; or (c) any other business, agency or other organization having a business relationship with BEI that includes an BEI Platform business account. Account IDs; Account Security; Account Suspension. Your account identifier may be provided to you directly by BEI, or it may be provided to you by the BEI partner, if an Employee User, or by which you have been asked to act as an Administrative User. All User accounts are non-transferable. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User account information, including your password and account identifier. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your User account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your User account or any other breach of security, you agree to notify BEI immediately. BEI will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or User account, either with or without your knowledge. If BEI or a third party incurs losses due to someone else using your User account or password, you could be held liable for those losses. BEI reserves the right to suspend your User account and your access to the BEI Platform immediately at any time and for any reason, including if BEI reasonably believes you are in violation of or are likely to violate the terms of this agreement or if the security of your password and account identifier has been compromised.

A "Corporate Account" is: (a) a business, agency or other organization having a contract (either written or with digital affirmative assent) with HSI; (b) an approved HSI training center required to maintain compliance with the HSI Training Center Administrative Compliance Manual ("HSI TCAM"); or (c) any other business, agency or other organization having a business relationship with HSI that includes an HSI Platform business account. Your account identifier may be provided to you directly by HSI, or it may be provided to you by the HSI partner or HSI training center from which you purchased a training course, if a Student User, or by which you have been asked to act as an Administrative User. For Administrative User accounts, no certifications will be issued as such accounts are to be used for administrative purposes only.
