Customer Logs definition

Customer Logs means any logs of End Users’ interactions with Customer’s Internet Properties and the Service that are made available to Customer via the Service dashboard or other online interface during the Term by Cloudflare. ● Any Personal Data processed in Customer Content, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the Customer in its sole discretion. “Customer Content” means any files, software, scripts, multimedia images, graphics, audio, video, text, data, or other objects originating or transmitted from or processed by any Internet Properties owned, controlled or operated by Customer or uploaded by Customer through the Service, and routed to, passed through, processed and/or cached on or within, Cloudflare’s network or otherwise transmitted or routed using the Service by Customer. In relation to Administrative Users: ● Any Personal Data processed in Administrative User audit logs, such as IP addresses and email addresses. Sensitive data transferred (if applicable) and applied restrictions or safeguards that fully take into consideration the nature of the data and the risks involved, such as for instance strict purpose limitation, access restrictions (including access only for staff having followed specialized training), keeping a record of access to the data, restrictions for onward transfers or additional security measures: Customer, its End Users, Administrators, and/or other partners may upload content to Customer's online properties which may include special categories of data, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the Customer in its sole discretion. Such special categories of data include, but may not be limited to, information revealing racial or ethnic origins, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, and the processing of data concerning an individual’s health or sex life. Any such special categories of data shall be protected by applying the security measures described in Annex 2. The frequency of the transfer (e.g. whether the data is transferred on a one-off or continuous basis): Continuous for the duration of the Main Agreement. More Definitions of Customer Logs

Customer Logs means any communications, logs and other content and information that Customer or anyone using Customer’s account contributes to or through the TAP Portal. Customer grants to FireEye a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, paid-up, non-exclusive license and right to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, sell, sub- license, transmit, publicly display and provide access to Customer Logs, for purposes of enhancing FireEye’s products and services, so long as (i) FireEye ensures that any Customer Confidential Information is removed from Customer Logs, and (ii) FireEye’s use of Customer Logs does not in any way identify Customer or its employees or in any other way allow a third party to identify Customer as the source of the Customer Logs. Customer Logs are Customer’s property, and other than the licenses granted in herein, FireEye does not obtain any ownership rights in Customer Logs.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports).   • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.
