Data Processor Personnel definition

Data Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Data Processor and/or of any Data Sub-Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
Data Processor Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Data Processor and/or of any Data Sub- Processor engaged in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; “Data Protection Impact Assessment” means an assessment by the Data Controller of the impact of the envisaged processing on the protection of Personal Data; “Data Protection Legislation” means (i) the UK GDPR as amended from time to time; (ii) the Data Protection Act 2018 as amended from time to time; (iii) Regulations made under the Data Protection Act 2018; and (iv) all applicable Law about the Processing of Personal Data; “Data Protection Officer” takes the meaning given in the UK GDPR; “Data Subject” “Process” and “Processing” takes the meaning given in the UK GDPR; “Data Subject Access Request” (SAR or DSAR) means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data; “Data Sub- Processor” means any third party appointed to process Personal Data on behalf of that Data Processor related to this Contract;
Data Processor Personnel means the us and/or each of our Sub-Processors and the officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives and other personnel of us and each Sub-Processor.

Examples of Data Processor Personnel in a sentence

  • If the background investigation reveals that the Data Processor Personnel are not suited to access Personal Data, then Data Processor shall not provide the Data Processor Personnel with access to Personal Data.

More Definitions of Data Processor Personnel

Data Processor Personnel means the Data Processor and/or each of its sub- contractors and the officers, employees, agents, consultants, representatives and other personnel of each of the Data Processor and each sub-contractor.

Data Processor Personnel means all persons with access to Upfield Personal Data engaged by you in the provision of Services under the Agreement, including employees, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and agents, as well as anyone directly or indirectly employed or retained by any of them.  GDPR means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.
