New Service Levels definition

New Service Levels means any service level established by IBM and EMW in connection with a New Service, which upon establishment by the Parties shall be deemed incorporated into EXHIBIT 5.
New Service Levels means any service level established by BETA and AGE in connection with a New Service.
New Service Levels means any functional and operational performance level standards established by Service Provider and TXU in connection with a New Service.

Examples of New Service Levels in a sentence

  • New Service Levels may be added during the Schedule Term, and existing Service Levels may be modified or eliminated, by the mutual agreement of the parties from time to time.

More Definitions of New Service Levels

New Service Levels has the meaning given in Exhibit 3, Section 1. “New Services” means new services or significant changes to existing Services requested by Ascension Health, (i) that impose materially different obligations on Supplier, (ii) that require materially different levels of effort, resources or expense from Supplier, and (iii) for which there is no current resource baseline or charging methodology. “New SLA Measurement Commencement Date” has the meaning given in Exhibit 3, Section 2.1. “New SLA Measurement Period” has the meaning given in Exhibit 3, Section 2.1. “Non-Data Supplier Vendor” means any Supplier Vendor that is not a Data Supplier Vendor. “Notice of Election” has the meaning given in Section 17.5(a). “NPR” has the meaning given in Exhibit 17, Section 4.2(a). “Observation Status” has the meaning given by the CMS. “Official” has the meaning given in Section 15.7(h). “Old Service Levels” has the meaning given in Exhibit 3, Section 1. “On-Leave Mandatory Transition Employee” has the meaning given in Exhibit 13, Section 2.3(e). “On-Leave Offer Period” has the meaning given in Exhibit 13, Section 2.3(e). “Operating Metric Scorecard” means a balanced scorecard which will use the metrics described in Exhibit 4-B to measure revenue cycle operating performance. The Operating Metric Scorecard will be based on data and reports from the Xxxxx RCA System. “Operating Metrics” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-B, Section 2.2. “Operational Denials” means denials which are associated with revenue cycle activities for In-Scope Operations for Supplier. “Operations Oversight Committee” or “OOC” has the meaning given in Exhibit 6, Section 5. “Original Assessment” has the meaning given in Exhibit 4-A, Section 1.3(iv).
New Service Levels means Service Levels 4 and 7 through 11.  “Old Service Levels” means Service Levels 1 through 3, 5, and 6.  “Root Cause Analysis” is the formal process, specified in the Policy and Procedures Manual, to be used by Supplier to diagnose problems at the lowest reasonable level so that corrective action can be taken that will eliminate, to the extent reasonably possible, repeat failures.  “Service Level Default” means Supplier’s level of performance for a particular Service Level fails to meet the applicable Target Level during the applicable Measurement Window with respect to an applicable Eligible Recipient.  “Service Level Effective Date” means, with respect to an Eligible Recipient, the date that a specific Service Level will be effective, measured and enforced in connection with such Eligible Recipient. 2.
New Service Levels means the service levels established by SAVVIS and Cowen in connection with a New Service in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
New Service Levels means the service levels described in Part 2 of Schedule 5 (Service Levels and Service Credits);
New Service Levels means any additional Service Levels agreed to by the Parties following the Commencement Date. After the Service Level Effective Date for any such New Service Level, each such New Service Level will be referred to herein simply as a “Service Level.”
