Non-work time definition

Non-work time means any time during an employee’s work day where the employee is totally relieved of work duties, such as break time and lunch time. Whether an employee is in paid or unpaid status during these times is immaterial to the designation of non-work time.
Non-work time means the time when you are not performing an activity for the benefit of the Agency and under the control or direction of the Agency. Examples of non-work time include off-duty hours such as lunch periods, authorized breaks, before or after your normal workday, or weekends and holidays.
Non-work time means approved vacation, approved leaves, scheduled lunch breaks, scheduled rest breaks, and before and after scheduled work hours.

Non-work time. All representation related affairs will be conducted so as not to interfere with the delivery of services to the customer. The “Term” of this Agreement shall mean the period commencing on the Lease Commencement Date and ending on the Lease Expiration Date.

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement;

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Eastern Time Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Commencement Time means the time stated in the Engagement Documents by which the Supplier is required to commence performing its obligations under the Contract (or where no time is stated, promptly after the Supplier receives the Engagement Documents) as extended (if at all) pursuant to the Contract;

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.
