  • The Proration Schedule shall be conclusive and binding upon Buyer unless Buyer provides Seller with written notice of objection (the “Notice of Disagreement”) within ten (10) days after Buyer’s receipt of the Proration Schedule, which notice shall state the prorations of expenses proposed by Buyer (the “Buyer’s Proration Amount”).
