Length of Training. The initial training program shall consist of 7 days of instruction at a location designated by the Franchisor; provided, however, that the Franchisor reserves the right to waive a portion of the training program or alter the training schedule, if in the Franchisor’s sole discretion, the Franchisee or General Manager has sufficient prior experience or training.

Length of Training. The first portion of the initial Marketer training program will last up to 10 days and will consist of the initial training program applicable to the Franchisor's Franchisees. The second portion of the initial Marketer training consists of up to 3 days of on the job instruction at the Marketer's Business location. Other than the Marketing Fee, no tuition or fee shall be charged for the initial training. However, the Marketer shall be responsible for all travel and living expenses which are incurred in connection with attendance at the initial training program.

Length of Training. It has been internally calculated that using and implementing all of the transferred learning material and furthermore involving other suitable instructional methods like practical demonstrations, problem solving, check list application and analysis, group discussions etc. could be jointly delivered through a training programme ranging from 60-80 training hours. However, the evaluation has demonstrated that the agenda of pilot trainings has been set in effective manner and caretakers and their superiors jointly agreed that 2 days (16 hours) of training is the maximum length they could afford to attend. Any additional training activities should be customized to their specific problems and delivered in the context of the building in which they operate on daily basis. Also the caretakers would benefit from the support of trainers/energy consultants while they work for the first time on the checklist in the context of their own building. However, these activities fall in the area of highly customized consultations, involving very small group of participants who operate in the same building and furthermore involving detailed analysis and constant follow-ups measuring the actual effects on a longer scale.
Length of Training a. Training will be a minimum of 30 hours for phone responders. All topics are equally important. There is no required number of hours per topic; however, it is anticipated each topic would have approximately 2 hours. b. Training does not need to be provided in the order of content areas listed below. Content areas may be combined. Programs must demonstrate training is adequate in all content areas for staff/volunteers to meet the training objectives and the assessed needs of the program. c. In addition, those staff/volunteers providing in-person services shall receive an additional 10 hours of training including topics requested by staff/volunteers as needing more in-depth attention and crisis response, medical and legal advocacy. d. The recommended training format is group training. Structured job shadowing and self- study with staff follow-up may be included as part of the overall hours. One-on-one training is allowable if necessary, but programs are encouraged to follow-up with group experiences through conferences, training institutes such as the Sexual Assault Training Institute and the State Victims Academy, and other appropriate options.
Length of Training. Franchisor shall determine the appropriate length of the portion of the initial AD training program applicable only to Area Directors, which will be in addition to the second part of the initial AD training program applicable to Area Directors and Franchisees. Other than the Initial Fee, no tuition or fee shall be charged for the initial training. However, AD shall be responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred in connection with attendance at both parts of the initial training program. AD (or its Managing Owner) may request additional training during the initial training program, to be provided at no additional charge, if AD (or its Managing Owner) does not feel completely trained in the operation of an area directorship business. However, if AD (or its Managing Owner) satisfactorily completes Franchisor's initial training program, and does not inform Franchisor in writing at the end of the initial training program that AD (or its Managing Owner) does not feel completely trained, then AD will be deemed to have been trained sufficiently to operate the area directorship business.
