Tenant Plans. As defined in Section 7(a) of this Lease.

Tenant Plans means the final plans, specifications and working drawings required to be supplied by Landlord or Tenant and approved in writing by the other party for the construction of the Demised Premises and the Tenant Improvements as defined in Exhibit D to the General Terms of Lease.

Tenant Plans means the Tenant Architectural Plans, together with the Tenant MEP Plans and any Revisions thereto as provided in Section 3.6 of this EXHIBIT "B".

Tenant Plans means complete sets (at least three prints and one reproducible copy) of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings for any and all Tenant Improvements (which shall include such written instructions or specifications as may be necessary to secure a building permit from the City of Houston and shall show the full detailed scope of all Tenant Improvements). The Tenant Plans shall be consistent with and shall conform to the Building plans and specifications and all applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and codes, which shall be the obligation of Landlord. The structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing portions of the Tenant Plans shall be prepared (at Landlord's expense) by Landlord's engineers.
