Tenant Plans definition

Tenant Plans means the Space Plans, the Mechanical System Plans and the Working Plans.

Tenant Plans means complete sets (at least three prints and one reproducible copy) of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings for any and all Tenant Improvements (which shall include such written instructions or specifications as may be necessary to secure a building permit from the City of Houston and shall show the full detailed scope of all Tenant Improvements). The Tenant Plans shall be consistent with and shall conform to the Building plans and specifications and all applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances and codes, which shall be the obligation of Landlord. The structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing portions of the Tenant Plans shall be prepared (at Landlord's expense) by Landlord's engineers.
Tenant Plans means "Subtenant's Plans," and (3) "Tenant Plan Costs" shall mean "Subtenant Plan Costs," all terms as hereinafter defined. Sublandlord shall have the right to review and approve the Subtenant's Plans, and any changes thereto, concurrently with the period for the Master Landlord's review of the Subtenant Plans, provided that Sublandlord shall not unreasonably withhold, delay or condition its approval of Subtenant's Plans. Tenant Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.05 of this Lease Agreement.
Tenant Plans with respect to and reflecting the partitions and improvements in the Premises. If Tenant fails to timely deliver the Tenant Plans as required herein or makes modifications to the Tenant Plans after the deadlines provided in this subsection, Tenant shall (1) pay to Landlord all reasonable expenses incurred by Landlord due to Tenant's modifications and/or delay in delivering the Tenant Plans; and (2) pay to Landlord as additional rent a per diem Basic Rental charge for each day beyond the initially projected Commencement Date that occupancy is delayed due to Tenant's failure to timely comply with the requirements in this Section.
Tenant Plans means each set of plans and specifications prepared in respect of any applicable Approved Tenant Work.
