Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold, condition, or delay Landlord’s approval of the Tenant Plans, and if, for any reason, Landlord does not approve Tenant’s Plans, it shall state specifically the reasons therefor.
Tenant shall deliver to Landlord for its approval, by the date specified in Section 1.7(a), preliminary plans approved in writing by Tenant showing its partition, electrical, telephone and all other requirements set forth in Tenant Plans Guidelines (which shall have been provided by Landlord to Tenant).
Any changes, additions or modifications that Tenant desires to make to the Tenant Plans shall also be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed except as provided above for the Building structure, system or appearance impact.
Tenant shall have the right, in accordance herewith, to submit for Landlord’s approval change proposals subsequent to Landlord’s approval of the Tenant Plans and Tenant’s approval of the Tenant Plan Excess Costs, if any (each, a “Change Proposal”).
Should the Tenant disapprove the Tenant Plans, or any part thereof, said disapproval shall be in writing and state with specificity the reasons therefor and include, if practical, suggestions to remedy the disapprovals.
