The Tenant Plans shall be subject to review and approval by Landlord, which approval Landlord shall not unreasonably delay or withhold or condition, and which shall be deemed approved if Landlord has not responded to Tenant within ten (10) days after submission thereof by Tenant to Landlord.
Any material changes by Tenant to the Tenant Plans, once approved by Landlord, shall likewise be subject to review and approval by Landlord, which approval Landlord shall not unreasonably delay or withhold or condition, and which shall be deemed approved if Landlord has not responded to Tenant within ten (10) days after submission thereof by Tenant to Landlord.

Tenant shall cause the construction and installation of the Tenant Improvements to be in compliance with the approved Tenant Plans.
