Theatre Access Fee definition

Theatre Access Fee has the meaning assigned to it in Schedule 1.
Theatre Access Fee means the product of (i) the difference between (A) Cinemark 4.03 Opt-In Revenue minus (B) Cinemark Opt-Out Revenue, multiplied by (ii) the Theatre Access Pool Percentage. It is possible that the 4.03 Theatre Access Fee could be a negative number.
Theatre Access Fee means a monthly payment from LLC to Regal in consideration for Theatres’ participation in Advertising Services, which shall be the sum of (i) the Regal Theatre Access Pool and (ii) the 4.03 Theatre Access Fee.

Examples of Theatre Access Fee in a sentence

  • If applicable, LLC shall pay Regal a Supplemental Theatre Access Fee, as set forth in Schedule 1, on or before the last day of LLC’s fiscal month following the end of LLC’s applicable fiscal year.

  • If applicable, LLC shall pay Cinemark a Supplemental Theatre Access Fee, as set forth in Schedule 1, on or before the last day of LLC’s fiscal month following the end of LLC’s applicable fiscal year.

  • If any Founding Member does not agree to exhibit any content of the Advertising Services subject to Section 4.03A(i), (iii), (iv), (v) or (vi), then LLC shall apply any revenue it is entitled to receive from such Post-Showtime Inventory (“Post-Showtime Content Revenue”) to adjust payments of the Post-Showtime Theatre Access Fee as set forth in Schedule 1.

  • LLC shall pay Regal its Theatre Access Fees on or before the last day of LLC’s fiscal month following the fiscal month in which Services are provided by LLC; provided that Regal has, by the fourteenth day of LLC’s fiscal month following the month in which Services are provided by LLC, given LLC the data regarding attendance and number of Digital Screens necessary for LLC to calculate the Theatre Access Fee.

  • On and after the Run-Out Exclusivity End Date, the Loews Theatres are eligible to be included in the Theatre Access Fee, subject to the terms of the AMC ESA.

  • LLC shall pay Cinemark its Theatre Access Fees on or before the last day of LLC’s fiscal month following the fiscal month in which Services are provided by LLC; provided that Cinemark has, by the fourteenth day of LLC’s fiscal month following the month in which Services are provided by LLC, given LLC the data regarding attendance and number of Digital Screens necessary for LLC to calculate the Theatre Access Fee.

  • After the date hereof, and in consideration for Cinemark’s agreement to use a Theatre Access Fee calculation and payment mechanism (as described in Section 2.05(b)) in connection with LLC’s utilization of the Theatres on and after the date of this Agreement, LLC will also pay any ESA-Related Tax Benefit Payments to Cinemark, pursuant to the terms of the Tax Receivable Agreement.

The foregoing notwithstanding, no motion picture theatre located outside of the Territory shall be a Theatre without LLC’s prior written consent. Related to Theatre Access Fee

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Conditional Access System means any technical measure and/or arrangement whereby access to a protected radio or television broadcasting service in intelligible form is made conditional upon subscription or other form of prior individual authorisation;

  • Success Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(d).

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Public School Student Accessing Courses at a Distance means a student who is scheduled for a full course load through the District and attends all classes virtually.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Open Access means the non-discriminatory provision for the use of transmission lines or distribution system or associated facilities with such lines or system by any licensee or consumer or a person engaged in generation in accordance with the regulations specified by the Appropriate Commission;

  • Lateral Access Road Licence means a miscellaneous licence granted pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(ii) or subclause (6)(b) as the case may be and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swedish Kronor in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

  • Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.

  • Acquisition Fee means any and all fees and commissions, exclusive of Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any other Person (including any fees or commissions paid by or to any Affiliate of the Company or the Advisor) in connection with making or investing in Mortgages or the purchase, development or construction of a Property, including real estate commissions, selection fees, Development Fees, Construction Fees, nonrecurring management fees, loan fees, points or any other fees of a similar nature. Excluded shall be Development Fees and Construction Fees paid to any Person not affiliated with the Sponsor in connection with the actual development and construction of a project.

  • Cannabis processing facility means a person that:

  • Access Point means a provider, public or private institution, advocacy organization, legal representative, or educational institution with staff trained to complete applications and guide individuals with a disability to needed services.

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Secondary dose monitoring system means a system which will terminate irradiation in the event of failure of the primary dose monitoring system.
