INSURANCE. The Individual contractor shall pay UNDP promptly for all loss, destruction or damage to the property of UNDP caused by the Individual contractor, or of any subcontractor, or anyone directly or indirectly employed by them in the performance of the Individual Contract. The Individual contractor shall be solely responsible for taking out and for maintaining adequate insurance required to meet any of its obligations under the Individual Contract, as well as for arranging, at the Individual contractor’s sole expense, such life, health and other forms of insurance as the Individual contractor may consider to be appropriate to cover the period during which the Individual contractor provides services under the Individual Contract. The Individual contractor acknowledges and agrees that none of the insurance arrangements the Individual contractor may make shall, in any way, be construed to limit the Individual contractor’s liability arising under or relating to the Individual Contract.
INSURANCE. If this Order covers the performance of labor for Buyer, Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify and protect Buyer against all liabilities, claims or demands for injuries or damage to any person or property arising out of the performance of this contract by Seller, its employees, agents or representatives. Seller further agrees to furnish upon Xxxxx’x request an insurance carrier’s certificate showing that Seller has adequate insurance coverage in respect to liability, damage to third party’s property and any other coverage applicable to Seller or its activity. Such certificate shall set forth the amount of coverage, number of policy and date of expiration. The purchase of such insurance coverage on the furnishing of the certificate shall not be in satisfaction of Seller’s liability hereunder or in any way modify Seller’s indemnification of Buyer.
INSURANCE. The Customer shall maintain, at its own cost and expense, comprehensive general liability insurance, including product liability insurance, property damage insurance, public liability insurance, completed operations insurance and contractual liability insurance and maintain such coverage and limits in commercially reasonable amounts. Customer shall further maintain, at its own cost an expense, workmen’s compensation insurance and any other insurance required by law, in commercially reasonable amounts. Customer shall, promptly upon Xxxxxxxxx’ written request, furnish to Sartorius certificates of insurance evidencing the coverages, limits and expiration dates of the respective insurance policies.

The Purchaser shall insure the Goods for its full replacement value against loss or damage due to fire, theft, Acts of God and other perils, with TOMRA noted as loss payee or interested party in respect of the insured Goods until Purchaser has paid full price thereof. Upon request, the Purchaser shall furnish TOMRA with evidence of insurance.
INSURANCE. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS.
INSURANCE. During the term of this Agreement and for the warranty period thereafter, Seller shall, at its own expense, maintain and carry all legally required insurance in full force and effect, and in particular a commercial general liability insurance (including product liability) in a sum no less than 20% of each Purchase Order price with financially sound and reputable insurers. Upon Xxxxx’x request, Seller shall provide Buyer with a certificate of insurance from Seller’s insurer evidencing the insurance coverage specified in these GTCs. The certificate of insurance shall name Buyer, its client and other Buyer and client subcontractors as additional insured parties. Seller shall provide Buyer with five (5) days’ advance written notice in the event of a cancellation or material change in Seller’s insurance policy. Except where prohibited by law, Seller shall require its insurer to waive all rights of subrogation against Xxxxxx’x insurers and Seller. Vehicle and other particular insurance obligations shall also be applicable to this Agreement in accordance with Applicable Law and/or specific requirements that from time-to-time Buyer can notify to Seller.
INSURANCE. The Exhibitor is strongly advised to ensure adequate insurance covers including extra territorial coverage for property damage, public liability, theft, fire, etc.

16.2. INSURANCE. The Vendor will hire the insurances that are enough to respond to the related risks that result from its activities, to be able to respond from the obligations resulting from this Order. Likewise, the Vendor will allow Novartis, at any time to have access to enough documentation and information evidencing the Vendor has covered the risks that can be over its company and its goods or tools supplied by Novartis in the execution of this Order. The Vendor expressly agrees that all risks and/or losses of the total or partial of the goods and/or services referred to in this Order, are at its sole expense until they are delivered to Novartis in accordance with the terms, method, mode and other conditions indicated in this purchase Order. In addition, the Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Novartis harmless from any claims, losses or damages that Novartis or third parties may suffer as a result of the defective execution of the goods or services agreed in this order.
INSURANCE. (A) The insurance policies arranged in connection with their movable and immovable assets, relevant transactions and business properly cover the risks associated with them in accordance with market practices in the business in which they are engaged, and have been arranged with first-class insurance companies.
(B) They have performed all obligations derived from such insurance, and have no outstanding insurance premium payments. Said insurance policies are in force, and there is no existing circumstance which could lead to the cancellation thereof, or affect the right to receive the compensation and indemnification covered thereby.
