Arrival. If, on the dates of the booked stay, a “sanitary pass” is required by the government of the country where the campsite is located, everyone included in the stay subject to this requirement must present a valid “sanitary pass” on their arrival to be admitted to the campsite.
Arrival the customer must arrive on the day and at the time specified in the present contract.
Arrival. At your arrival you must go to the reception with your booking confirmation, a deposit of 300 euros (only 10 euros for the badge for campers that rented a pitch) only by credit/debit card (200 euros for the rental and 10 euros for the access card and 90 euros for the cleaning fee) to the delivery of the keys of your rental. The deposit file made by credit card on your arrival will be closed no later than 48 hours after your departure. The loss or damage of the access card will be charged 10 euros. The swimming pool is strictly reserved for campers equipped with the identification bracelet of the campsite. Wearing the swim brief is mandatory. Large swim shorts, burkinis are strictly prohibited.
Arrival. An inventory sheet of your accommodation will be given to you that has to be completed, signed and turned in within 48 hours of your arrival. Departure: An appointment is necessary for the check-out inspection. In the case of an unscheduled departure, the security deposit will be returned to you by checks or bank transfers (fees are at the customer’s expense) and 90€ for the cleaning will be automatically invoiced.

Arrival. The client has to arrive on the date stated on the contract. Should he have to delay his arrival, the client has to advise us. The pitch will be vacant only until midday the following day. After that, the site manager has the right to hire the pitch to someone else.

The day planned by your arrival, the places will be available from 10:00 am and must be occupied before 7:00 pm. In case of delay, we ask you to warn us: if you did not warn the direction of the campsite, this one can have the place and the deposit will remain acquired in the campsite. The number of the place or the chalet will be attributed to you by the campsite the day of your arrival. Upon your arrival we shall ask you for a 150-€ (cash only or CB) pledge for chalets and Viticole caravan, 100 € (cash only or CB) for freeflower, 50€ for wooden huts. The day of your departure, places must be freed before 10:00 am, the rents must be freed before 10:00 am and in perfect condition from cleanliness so that the pledge is returned you after inventory of fixtures. The campsite proposes a service cleaning fixed the price for those who wishes it. Any hoarse or damaged object will be at your expense as well as the restoration of places if it turned out necessary. A lump sum up of the service cleaning will be retained on the pledge in case of incorrect cleaning.
Arrival. -For pitches the day of arrival is flexible. Pitches can be occupied from 12.00AM and must be vacated not later than 12.00AM.
