Failure to comply. In the event of non-compliance by one of the Parties with the obligations imposed on it hereunder within thirty (30) days of receipt of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt notifying the breach in question, one of the Parties may automatically terminate the Contract without prejudice to any damages to which it may be entitled.
