GENERAL. Reksa Dana Sequis Liquid Prima (“Reksa Dana”) adalah Reksa Dana berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif bersifat terbuka berdasarkan Undang-Undang Pasar Modal No. 8 tahun 1995 dan Lampiran Surat Keputusan Ketua Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) No. KEP-552/BL/2010 tanggal 30 Desember 2010 mengenai Peraturan No. IV.B.1 “Pedoman Pengelolaan Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif” dan terakhir telah diubah dengan Surat Keputusan Ketua OJK No. 23/POJK.04/2016 tahun 2016 mengenai Peraturan OJK tentang Reksa Dana Berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif Juncto Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 2/POJK.04/2020 tanggal 9 Januari 2020 tentang Xxxxx Xxxx berbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif. Mutual Fund Sequis Liquid Prima (“Mutual Fund”) is Mutual Fund in the form of an open-ended Collective Investment Contract based on Capital Market Law No. 8 of 1995 and Attachment to the Decree of the Chairman of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) No. KEP-552/BL/2010 dated December 30, 2010 regarding Regulation no. IV.B.1 “Guidelines for the Management of Mutual Funds in the Form of Collective Investment Contracts” and the latest has been amended by a Decree of the Chairman of OJK No. 23/POJK.04/2016 of 2016 concerning OJK Regulations concerning Mutual Funds in the Form of Collective Investment Contracts Juncto Financial Services Authority Regulations No. 2/POJK.04/2020 dated January 9, 2020 regarding Mutual Funds in the form of Collective Investment Contracts.

Reksa Dana Ashmore Dana USD Nusantara (“Reksa Dana”) adalah Reksa Dana bersifat terbuka berbentuk Kontrak lnvestasi Kolektif (“KIK”) berdasarkan Undang-Undang Pasar Modal No. 8 tahun 1995 dan Surat Keputusan Ketua Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal ("Bapepam”), yang sebelum 31 Desember 2012 bernama Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan ("Bapepam-LK") dan sejak 31 Desember 2012 menjadi bagian Pengawas Pasar Modal dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”), No. KEP-22/PM/1996 tanggal 17 Januari 1996, yang telah diubah beberapa kali dan terakhir diubah dengan Peraturan OJK No. 23/POJK.04/2016 tanggal 13 Juni 2016 mengenai “Reksa Xxxx Xxxbentuk Kontrak Investasi Kolektif”. x. Reksa Xxxx Xxxxxxx Dana USD Nusantara (the “Fund”) is an open-ended Mutual Fund formed under a Collective Investment Contract (“CIC”) based on Capital Market Law No. 8 year 1995 and Decision Letter from the Chairman of Capital Market Supervision Agency ("Bapepam”), which before 31 December 2012 was known as the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Board ("Bapepam-LK”) and effective on 31 December 2012 became the Capital Market Supervisory Department of the Financial Services Authority (“OJK”), No. KEP-22/PM/1996 dated 17 January 1996, which has been amended several times and the latest by OJK regulation No. 23/POJK.04/2016 dated 13 June 2016 concerning “Mutual Funds in the form of Collective Investment Contract”. b. In accordance with the CIC, the Fund will invest its fund with the following composition:
