021 Annual Allowance. Except for regular, part-time employees, employees shall be entitled to a minimum of fifteen (15) days sick leave with pay for each year under contract, credited at the rate of one and one-fourth (1-1/4) days per month. Regular, part-time employees will earn sick time at a rate of 4.6 hours for 80 hours worked. Effective with the 2015-2016 contract year, all employeessick days shall be converted to an equivalent number of hours, which shall become the method of accounting for sick leave accumulation and use. This language supersedes any conflicting or contrary language elsewhere in the Agreement.

021 Annual Allowance. Bargaining unit members shall be granted sick leave on the following basis: one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days for each completed month of service, or fifteen (15) days for each completed year of service. Sick leave credit shall be given on the first pay of the month following when service credit is earned.

  • Annual Allowance The Corporation shall pay to the Executive, in cash, in a lump sum, on the Payment Date an amount equal to two times the annual allowance to which the Executive is entitled as of the date of the Date of Termination (or, if higher, as of immediately prior to the Effective Date).

  • Shoe Allowance The Employer will provide reimbursement to full-time employees who have completed probation and who are employed in the kitchen and stewarding departments, once per year in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) and once every two (2) years in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00) for maintenance and banquet houseperson. Employees will receive said amount as long as the shoes are approved by the Employer and as long as the shoes are worn on the job. Payment will be made on or about July 1 upon presentation of proof of purchase.
