Access and Security Guidelines. Use of the Services is conditioned on Licensee obtaining and maintaining access to the internet, and all equipment necessary for proper operation of the Services. Licensee is required to maintain and use secure user names and passwords issued by Licensor as set forth on Schedule B for the access and use of the Services. Licensee shall be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of such user names and passwords. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Services and shall notify Licensor immediately of any such unauthorized use or other known breach of security. Licensee is responsible for all activities that occur under Licensee's user names and passwords. Licensee shall report to Licensor immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop immediately any copying or distribution of the Licensed Programs that is known or suspected by Licensee.

Access and Security Guidelines. Each User must maintain a unique user identification name and password (“UserID“) for access to and use of the Products. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of UserIDs of its Users. UserIDs may not be provided to any individual who is not a User. Customer will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Products, and notify Waterford promptly of any such unauthorized use. Customer will not use its access to the Products to: (a) harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other Waterford customers without their consent; (b) access or copy any data or information of other Waterford customers without their consent; (c) knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Products or the data contained therein; or (d) harass or interfere with another Waterford customer’s use and enjoyment of the Products. Customer will, at all times, comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and foreign laws in using the Products.
Access and Security Guidelines. You will use your real name and your own valid email address and create your own password to gain access to the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of your password. You will prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services, and notify Cambian promptly of any such unauthorized use. You will comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.

Users may only access and use the Software‌ Subscription with the specific User ID. Client is responsible for any and all activity occurring under the User IDs associated with Users. Without limiting the generality of Section 3.1, Xxxxxxxx agrees that Customer will not, and will not permit any person, including without limitation the Users, to: use the Service other than as permitted by this Agreement; use the Service to violate, infringe or appropriate any person’s privacy rights, publicity rights, defamation rights, intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, contractual rights or any other legal right; sublicense or transfer any of Customer’s rights under this Agreement, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, or otherwise use the Service for the benefit of a third party or to operate a service bureau; copy, modify, alter, change, translate, decrypt, obtain or extract the source code of, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, disassemble or reverse compile any part of the Service; use or launch any automated system, including without limitation any “robot” or “spider” that accesses the Service; or interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the Service, the System or any other networks or services connected to the Service, whether through the use of viruses, bots, worms or any other computer code, file or program that interrupts, destroys or limits the functionality of any computer software or hardware. Customer is solely responsible for the Customer Data and will not provide or transmit any Customer Data or any other information, data or material that: (a) infringes or violates any intellectual property rights, publicity/privacy rights, law or regulation; or (b) contains any viruses or programming routines intended to damage, surre...
