Accidents/Injuries. When a member is involved in an on-the-job accident or injury, a supervisor shall conduct a preliminary investigation promptly and, as part of the investigation, shall evaluate the member’s appearance and behavior. Drug and alcohol testing may be required where there is reasonable suspicion that an error or mistake due to drug or alcohol use by the member caused the accident or injury or where there is reasonable suspicion that a member’s alcohol or drug use may have contributed to the incident.

Accidents/Injuries. When an employee is involved in an on-the-job accident or injury, including a motor vehicle accident, a supervisor shall conduct a preliminary investigation promptly and, as part of the investigation, shall evaluate the employee’s appearance and behavior. Drug and alcohol testing may be required following any on-the-job accident or injury.
Accidents/Injuries. Bingo Tots reserves the right to administer first aid and if communication is not reached Bingo Tots then has consent to make any necessary emergency transport arrangements or qualified first aid treatments. Any expenses incurred for will be paid for by the parent/ guardian.
