Rostered Day Off Falling on a Public Holiday a) An Employee engaged as a shift worker, other than a casual Employee, whose ordinary hours of work are structured to include a day off and such day off falls on a public holiday other than where the rostered day off falls on a Saturday or Sunday, shall be entitled to 7.6 hours of pay at the ordinary hourly rate for the Employee’s classification in Table 3 of Schedule 2.
