Additional Roles and Responsibilities These are additional roles which are not a part of a teacher's regular responsibilities as defined by the employee's current job description. These positions shall be paid according to the Additional Roles and Responsibilities chart. On occasion there are opportunities for assignments that are considered as additional roles and responsibilities. Those assignments are identified below. The positions are meant to add value to the profession and/or student's experience and in some cases are a required position for the program they are connected to. Expectations of the roles will be defined in a job description and will be receive an annual evaluation that is separate from the annual teacher evaluation. The stipend is defined in the grant and paid for with grant funds. The position and stipends would be reviewed if the grant is non- funded.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities. (a) An Aircrew Officer who is appointed by the Company to undertake additional responsibilities as listed in the Company’s Operations Manual will be paid the following allowances in addition to their total base pay.
Additional Roles and Responsibilities. Executive shall play the role of a key executive fulfilling multiple roles, across a myriad of functions during the first 6-12 months (“Start-Up Phase”). This multiple role function and obligation will evolve into a primary general executive officer, as the Company evolves out of its Start-Up Phase. It is anticipated that Executive will work directly with and report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, wherein they will collectively work (a) settling the Company’s product offering and overall growth strategy, (b) build out the Company’s required operating infrastructure and (c) establish, launch and grow the Company’s marketing channel(s). It is understood that this is a hands-on role that will require Executive to be directly responsible for producing required deliverables, analysis, reports, findings, executive memorandums, financial models and/or presentations.

Provide representation on the Advisory Committee and the Core Management Team • Participate in professional development, when appropriate • Provide community-based counseling services for mental health and chemical dependency for children and families • Provide data on youth demonstrating violent or disruptive behavior • Provide data on youth with concurrent mental health and alcohol and drug abuse treatment needs • Provide community-based case management services • Assist with the development of district-wide mental health policies and procedures for referral and information sharing • Provide data on youth with receiving mental health treatment • Share information on early identification of children with potential mental health issues • Participate in the development of school readiness assessment tools in terms of mental health
