Additives. Additives may be added to the emulsion mix or any of the component materials to provide the control of the quick-traffic properties. They must be included as part of the mix design and be compatible with the other components of the mix.
Additives. Carrier reserves the right to require, approve or reject the injection of corrosion inhibitors, viscosity or pour point depressants or other such additives in the Crude Petroleum to be transported.
Additives. Seller shall make Commercially Reasonable Efforts to treat the Coal with freeze control agents or other additives as directed by Xxxxx. Buyer shall thereafter reimburse Seller for the actual cost of materials, including reasonable application costs as charged by the Source for application of the freeze control agents, or other additives. Seller shall invoice Buyer and Buyer shall pay Seller for such freeze conditioning in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.1.
Additives. (a) Glycols The gas will not contain glycols in concentration detectable by the test method unless otherwise agreed.

(b) Methanol Limits and test method to be advised where use of methanol is agreed.
Additives. If pour depressant is required in order for any of Customer’s Product to meet the maximum pour point specification stated in Paragraph A, above, or if hydrogen sulfide scavenger is required in order for any of Customer’s Product to meet the maximum hydrogen sulfide specification stated in Paragraph A, above, then Customer will be responsible for obtaining and blending (or arrange for obtaining and/or blending) any additive into its Product (including, without limitation) pour depressant or hydrogen sulfide scavenger). Terminal Company will allow Customer, at no additional charge, (a) to install and maintain the necessary equipment and related improvements within the Terminal (collectively, the “Additive Equipment”), and (b) on an as-need-basis, to bring its own Representatives into the Terminal, in order to allow Customer to inject any pour depressant or hydrogen sulfide scavenger into its Product as it is discharged from any Vessel or received from any Third-Party Pipeline. Terminal Company shall not permit any third party to use any of the Additive Equipment (or any of the additive material contained therein) without the prior written consent of Customer.
Additives. The Host shall be responsible for:
4.6.1. the storage and handling of the Tenant's additives and, where applicable, this shall include offloading drums;
4.6.2. injecting the additives into the Products as per the Tenant's instructions;
4.6.3. submitting a monthly spreadsheet showing the additive stocks and usage to the Tenant; and
4.6.4. submitting doped fuel samples as required by the Tenant to the Tenant's laboratory at the Tenant's cost. The Tenant shall:
4.6.5. ensure that sufficient additives are available at the Depot at all times;
4.6.6. notify the Depot Owner in writing of the applicable dosage rates;
4.6.7. provide the material safety data sheets to the Depot Owner; and
4.6.8. notify the Host of any amendments or variations to Product specifications and the material safety data sheets within 14 (fourteen) days prior to such amendment or variation.
Additives a. Exclusive Proprietary Marker: PBF shall not use that certain gasoline detergent additive which includes the Sunoco exclusive marker in any product sold to its other customers.
Additives. Use the type and rate of additive specified when shown on the plans. Additives that facilitate mixing, compaction, or improve the quality of the mixture are allowed when approved. Provide the Engineer with documentation such as the bill of lading showing the quantity of additives used in the project unless otherwise directed.

5.4.1. The storage and handling of the Tenant's additives and, where applicable, this includes offloading drums;
5.4.2. Injecting the additives into the Products as per the Tenant’s instructions;
5.4.3. Submitting a monthly spreadsheet showing the additive stocks and usage to the Tenant; and
5.4.4. Submitting doped fuel samples as required by the Tenant to the Tenant's laboratory at the Tenant’s cost. The Tenant shall:
5.4.5. Ensure that sufficient additives are available at the Depot at all times;
5.4.6. Notify the Depot Owner in writing of the applicable dosage rates; and
5.4.7. Provide the Material Safety Data Sheets to the Depot Owner.
5.4.8. Notify the Depot Owner of any amendments or variations to Product specifications and the Material Safety Data Sheets within 14 (fourteen) days prior to such amendment or variation.
