Administrative Pay. Those employees assigned to Court Liaison Officer, School Resources Officer, Community Relations/Crime Prevention Officer, Administrative Sergeant, Administrative Officer and Traffic Sergeant shall during the period of such assignment receive in addition to their regular monthly compensation, compensation at the rate of 5% of the employee's actual base salary step per month. A traffic sergeant assigned to motorcycle service shall receive a maximum of 10% special pay as outlined in section (a) of this Article.

Administrative Pay. Qualified personnel may be temporarily assigned to a 40-hour work week. Those assigned to a 40- hour work week shall receive an additional 7.5% increase in base salary. Individuals performing in a temporary or permanent 40-hour assignment shall not negatively impact the bargaining units’ available time off (i.e., vacation, holidays, schooling/training). All employees shall be given a minimum of two weeksadvance notice when moving from one shift to another.

Their new 40-hour base hourly rate shall be calculated by taking their current base rate x 2,912 hours, multiplying that annual amount by 1.075, and dividing by 2080, converting their 56 hour a week base rate to a 40 hour a week base rate which includes a 7.5% raise.   • Administrative Accounts In connection with the services provided hereunder, the Custodian is hereby directed to open cash accounts on its books and records from time to time for the purposes of receiving subscriptions and/or processing redemptions on behalf of the Fund and/or for the purposes of aggregating, netting and/or clearing transactions (including, without limitation foreign exchange, repurchase agreements, capital stock activity, expense payment) or other administrative purposes, each on behalf of the Fund (each an “Account”). Each such Account shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Fund shall be liable for the satisfaction of its obligations in connection with each Account.

  • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.

  • Retirement Credit Retirement credit for such periods of leave without pay shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Division of Retirement and the provisions of Chapter 121, Florida Statutes.
