ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. Section 1 Each Administrator shall have the right to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The Administrator shall have the right to choose an individual to accompany him/her for such review. No more than one (1) official file shall be kept on each Administrator, and the contents herein shall remain in the building housing the Superintendent. No materials concerning a complaint about an Administrator may be placed in the personnel file by anyone other than the Superintendent without first notifying the Administrator of his/her opportunity to file a response thereto and when filed not later than ten (10) working days after notification, the response shall become part of the file. In the event that a proper request for a copy of information contained in the file is made by a person not employed by the Okemos Public School system, the Administrator shall be notified before copies are released. Section 2 Administrators shall be entitled to Association representation upon request at all interviews or conferences when disciplinary action concerning that Administrator will be discussed or where discipline will be imposed. Section 3 Building principals shall supervise the operation and management of school buildings and property as the Board shall determine. Administrators shall be assigned Administrative responsibilities and coordinate instructional leadership under the supervision of the Superintendent and Deputy Superintendent for the planning, management, operation and evaluation of the educational program and services provided in their building. Further, the Administrator shall submit recommendations to the Superintendent or designee for the appointment, assignment, promotion, or dismissal of personnel assigned to the Administrator’s supervision. As a part of appointment or assignment of staff to a building, the building Administrator shall have the opportunity to interview the staff to be assigned to their building prior to the assignment except where the assignment is mandated by other contractual relationships. Section 4 It is recognized that the administration of the school district must be a unified endeavor directed towards the efficient operation of the delivery of education to the youth of the community. As such, the mutual support of the administration and the Board are pledged in order to carry out the policies of the District.

ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. 4:1 The Board and the Association undertake and agree on their respective behalves that neither shall directly or indirectly discourage, deprive or coerce any administrator in the employment of any rights conferred by law; that neither shall discriminate against any administrator with respect to hours, wages, or any terms or conditions of employment by reason of his membership in or participation in the activities of the Association and its affiliates, participation in collective negotiations with the Board and the Association, or institution of proceeding affecting the terms and conditions of his/her employment. 4:2 No administrator shall be formally disciplined or formally reprimanded or reduced in compensation without just cause.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict any administrator such rights as he/she may have under State of New Hampshire School Laws or other applicable laws and regulations. The rights granted to administrators hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided elsewhere. B. The foregoing will in no way limit the authority of the Superintendent to suspend an administrator and/or to recommend dismissal under State Law to the Board, or the authority of the Superintendent and Board, under State Law, to dismiss an administrator. C. An employee covered by this Agreement shall have the right to have an Association representative present upon request, if disciplinary action/case is being discussed. D. No administrator shall be disciplined except for just cause. E. Administrators will be given a copy of any information placed in their personnel files if such material pertains to administrative performance or behavior. F. Any formal reprimand or censure by a superior or a member of the Board of Education shall be made in confidence and not in the presence of teachers, parents, students or the public, except as may be required by law or other provisions of this agreement.
ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. A. The Board recognizes the necessity of state and national conferences. Each Administrator shall be permitted to attend a State conference annually with expenses to be paid as permitted by Board policy. The Board policy as to such leaves and the allowable expenses for such leave shall not be subject to the grievance procedure. B. In the event that any requisition, submitted and signed by an Administrator, is rejected by the Superintendent or the Board, said Administrator shall be notified by the Superintendent. The Superintendent or his designee will endeavor to notify the Administrator of any rejected requisition within 15 days of its submission. C. Each Administrator who does not already have one shall receive an updated Board policy handbook at the inception of this contract. Each Administrator shall immediately receive a copy of any change or amendment to the Board policy handbook whenever the Board takes such action. D. Any Administrator while not otherwise on duty, filling a position which is normally an extra duty paid teacher position, will be paid at a comparable rate, if said Administrator requests compensation. E. Any Administrator shall have the right to have an Association representative present during any conference that relates to disciplinary matters or an investigation which may lead to disciplinary action. F. All Administrators, upon written request, shall receive a yearly extra curricular activity pass for District events (i.e., sports, concerts, plays, etc.).
ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. Art. 15 The Administrator benefits from a fix monthly gross remuneration for the performance of the mandate provided in the amount of ……….lei, equal to two averages for the last 12 months of the monthly gross wage from the branch of the Company’s activity, communicated by the National Institute of statistics, prior to the appointment.

ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. The Affiliate Guarantor authorizes the Administrator, without notice or demand and without affecting the Affiliate Guarantor’s liability hereunder, to take and hold security from any third party for the payment of this Affiliate Guaranty and/or any of the obligations guaranteed herein and exchange, enforce, waive and release any such security; and to apply such security and direct the order or manner of sale thereof as the Administrator in his discretion may determine; and to obtain a guarantee of any of the obligations guaranteed herein from any one or more persons, corporations or entities whomsoever and at any time or times to enforce, waive, rearrange, modify, limit or release such other persons, corporations or entities from their obligations under such guarantees.
ADMINISTRATOR’S RIGHTS. 5.01 The Employer shall not interfere with the right of Administrators to join or participate in the Association. The Administrators shall not interfere with the right of Administrators not to join or participate in the Association. 5.02 The Association shall have the right to request the use of the facilities and equipment of the Employer at reasonable times when such facilities and equipment are not in use. The Employer shall establish a list of charges for the cost of using equipment or facilities whenever the use of such equipment or facilities results in an additional cost to the Employer. 5.03 The Employer shall allow the Association reasonable use of the Employer's mail service including e-mail and the Administrators' mailboxes for communication with its members. 5.04 The Employer agrees to deduct from Administrators' salaries payments to the Xxxxxxx Independent School Employees Credit Union pursuant to the Administrator's written authorization for such deductions. The Administrator agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Employer for deductions made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. 5.05 All evaluations and files generated within the school district relating to each individual Administrator shall be available during regular school business hours to each individual Administrator on his written request. The Administrator shall have the right to reproduce any of the contents of the files at the Administrator's expense and to submit for inclusion in the file written information in response to any material contained therein; however, a school district may destroy such files as provided by law.
