Advanced Payments. At the Company’s discretion, it may make advance payments to the Grower of any amount or at any time prior to the Price being finalised (“Advanced Payments”). Advanced payments will offset amounts owing to the Grower for future Payments.

Advanced Payments. 3.1 In order to secure bookings, the hut is entitled to request a deposit up to the amount of the cost of the booked services. This advanced payment must be credited within the specified period, otherwise the booking shall be cancelled. Any reimbursement shall only take place in the event of timely withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the Conditions of Cancellation.

Advanced Payments. Advance payment will not be made for summer courses. Courses which are completed during the summer session will not be reimbursed if a teacher does not return to employment in the East Millinocket School System.
