Advanced Payments. Advanced Payments for future services are non-refundable.
Advanced Payments. All payments made by a tenant in a vacation rental agreement to a landlord or the landlord's real estate broker prior to occupancy for the purpose of renting a vacation rental property for a future period of time as specified in the vacation rental agreement.

Pay in advance of going on vacation shall be made prior to departure. Any overpayment in respect of such pay advances shall be an immediate first charge against any subsequent pay entitlement and shall be recovered in full prior to any further payment of salary.

SERVICE PAYMENTS • The specialist clinical team will advise PCCO to process a payment of £400 per patient when treatment commences.
Advanced Payments. 3.1 In order to secure bookings, the hut is entitled to request a deposit up to the amount of the cost of the booked services. This advanced payment must be credited within the specified period, otherwise the booking shall be cancelled. Any reimbursement shall only take place in the event of timely withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the Conditions of Cancellation.
Advanced Payments. KHA, in its sole discretion, may make an advance payment to the Contractor up to and not to exceed fifteen percent (15%) of the Maximum Indebtedness. The following shall be complied with in the case of advance payments: - If at the time of making the advance payment the "DEBTOR" has outstanding debts, such amount shall be applied in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. - When the amount of the payment exceeds the amount to be covered in a Period, the "CREDITOR" must obtain from the "DEBTOR" written document with a handwritten signature including the following caption: "The User authorizes that the resources delivered over and above his/her/its due obligations, are not applied for prepayments of the principal, but are used to cover in advance the following immediate periodic payments of the Credit". When the "CREDITOR" receives the payment not yet due for the Period (immediately following payment date) or lesser amounts, the writing mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall not be necessary. Each time the "DEBTOR" makes an Advance Payment, the "CREDITOR" shall deliver a voucher of such payment.
