AGENCY INVOLVEMENT. The Santa County Cooperative Extension; The of the President, Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of California; and the budget analyst and Risk Manager of Santa Cruz County have worked together in the preparation of this Memorandum of Understanding.
AGENCY INVOLVEMENT. In addition to the kickoff meeting, Xxxxxx & Xxxx will attend two project management team (PMT) meetings. Our team will work with city staff to assemble the PMT to oversee plan development. This will include the following meetings. • Two PMT meetings • Up to two meetings with the city council for self-evaluation and ADA transition plan status updates • One meeting with the city council for ADA transition plan adoption TASK 5 - MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Our GIS staff will coordinate with the City of Marshalltown to setup and host a public facing GIS application displaying evaluation results and compliance progress. To facilitate the creation of this web GIS application, Xxxxxx & Xxxx will use the ArcGIS Online platform to host this public application. Xxxxxx & Xxxx will host the public Web AppBuilder application using our organizational license for a two-year period. After two years, a yearly maintenance contract can be established to maintain the site or data can be given to the city for their use. The application will be designed to display existing conditions of ADA assets, but is also intended to track improvements. All site visitors will be allowed to interact with mapped features to see collected attributes, condition ratings, and any associated photos. Any feedback provided through the public input phase of this project can also be displayed for visualization. If the City of Marshalltown was interested in leveraging their own GIS infrastructure, our GIS staff will work with the city to build a web-based application with similar functionality

AGENCY INVOLVEMENT. The Contractor will prepare for and attend 2 Council meetings in the City of Xxxxxx. This meeting is in addition to the requirements listed in Section 3.1. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and answer questions on the proposed layout. The content and timing of the meetings will be at the discretion of the State’s Project Manager.

  • SYSTEM AGENCY DATA A. As between the Parties, all data and information acquired, accessed, or made available to Grantee by, through, or on behalf of System Agency or System Agency contractors, including all electronic data generated, processed, transmitted, or stored by Grantee in the course of providing data processing services in connection with Xxxxxxx’s performance hereunder (the “System Agency Data”), is owned solely by System Agency.

  • Liaison Each Party shall designate a liaison to facilitate a cooperative working relationship between the Contractor and the Agency in the performance and administration of this Contract.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a project manager to act as liaison between the County and the Contractor during the term of this Contract. The County’s project manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Contractor. The County’s project manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s project manager and key personnel. The County’s project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within three (3) business days after written notice from the County’s project manager. The County’s project manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s project manager and key personnel. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of Contractor’s Project Manager from providing further services under the Contract.
