Agency Involvement. The Contractor will prepare for and attend 2 Council meetings in the City of Xxxxxx. This meeting is in addition to the requirements listed in Section 3.1. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and answer questions on the proposed layout. The content and timing of the meetings will be at the discretion of the State’s Project Manager.
Agency Involvement. In addition to the kickoff meeting, Xxxxxx & Xxxx will attend two project management team (PMT) meetings. Our team will work with city staff to assemble the PMT to oversee plan development. To facilitate the creation of this web GIS application, Xxxxxx & Xxxx will use the ArcGIS Online platform to host this public application. Xxxxxx & Xxxx will host the public Web AppBuilder application using our organizational license for a two-year period. After two years, a yearly maintenance contract can be established to maintain the site or data can be given to the city for their use. The application will be designed to display existing conditions of ADA assets, but is also intended to track improvements. All site visitors will be allowed to interact with mapped features to see collected attributes, condition ratings, and any associated photos. Any feedback provided through the public input phase of this project can also be displayed for visualization. If the City of Marshalltown was interested in leveraging their own GIS infrastructure, our GIS staff will work with the city to build a web-based application with similar functionality

  • SYSTEM AGENCY DATA A.   • City’s Project Manager The City’s Project Manager is Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The City shall give Contractor prompt written notice of any re-designation of its Project Manager.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient. The County’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with the County, shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager and key personnel. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within three (3) business days after written notice from the County’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing further services under the Contract.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
