AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. A delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of MANAGEMENT:
A. Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work.
B. Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.
C. Shall report any violations of this Agreement both to MANAGEMENT and to AGMA.
D. Shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the MANAGEMENT except when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities because of lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond.
E. Shall conduct meetings scheduled on days of rehearsal or performance and pertaining to AGMA business only before or after rehearsals or performances, and shall schedule such meetings so as not to interfere with rehearsal or performance. MANAGEMENT will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
F. Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of MANAGEMENT.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. A. AGMA may represent the employees covered under and as stated in Article 1 in any dispute with EMPLOYER.
B. AGMA Staff Representative shall notify EMPLOYER, in writing, of the names of the AGMA Delegates assigned to EMPLOYER. Should the Delegate or Representative change during the life of this Agreement, AGMA shall identify the new Delegate and/or Representative to EMPLOYER.
C. An AGMA Representative wanting access to locations where CHORISTERS are working or are scheduled to work shall request permission for such access from EMPLOYER, in writing, 24 hours in advance. EMPLOYER shall cooperate in these requests whenever possible. EMPLOYER will submit denials of any such access in writing to AGMA. AGMA Delegates may access such locations without notice, provided that they do not interrupt the work and follows EMPLOYER’S instructions with respect to more convenient times.
D. If AGMA conducts union meetings scheduled on days of rehearsal or performance and pertaining to AGMA business, they should be scheduled before or after rehearsals or performances so as not to interfere with such Services. Union meetings held in a facility of EMPLOYER must end one half hour preceding rehearsal and shall be limited to one half hour after rehearsal. EMPLOYER will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings if requested and upon availability. If AGMA wishes to conduct union meetings pertaining to AGMA business on days when rehearsals or performances are not scheduled, then EMPLOYER will make available up to twice a year on mutually agreed upon dates space at the Arizona Opera Center for AGMA to conduct meetings for such purposes.
E. The AGMA Delegate or Representative shall at all times have the right to bring matters of health, safety, and hygiene to the attention of EMPLOYER.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. A delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the EMPLOYER:
a. Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work.
b. Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.
c. Shall report any violation of this Basic Agreement both to the EMPLOYER and to AGMA.
d. Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and EMPLOYER will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
e. Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of EMPLOYER.
f. Shall confer with the EMPLOYER for the purpose of scheduling an AGMA meeting during the first rehearsal week.
g. The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the EMPLOYER except (1) when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond or (2) if EMPLOYER fails to perform as set forth in Paragraph 28.e.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. A delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the EMPLOYER:
(a) Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work.
(b) Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.
(c) Shall report any violations of this Agreement both to the EMPLOYER and to AGMA.
(d) Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and EMPLOYER will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
(e) Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of the EMPLOYER. A first report will be made to Stage Management who will refer the matter to the appropriate department. If the matter is not resolved within a reasonable time frame, the matter will be brought to the attention of Artistic Administration. The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the EMPLOYER except as specifically provided in this Agreement or when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. A delegate or representative, duly authorized by XXXX and with the full cooperation of the OPERA THEATRE:
(a) Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work.
(b) Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.
(c) May make representations to the OPERA THEATRE concerning AGMA and its members.
(d) Shall report any violations of this Agreement both to the OPERA THEATRE and to AGMA.
(e) Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and OPERA THEATRE will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
(f) Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of OPERA THEATRE. The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the OPERA THEATRE except when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. (a) A Delegate(s) or a Representative duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the Company:
(1) Shall be admitted to any location where Artists are working or are scheduled to work.
(2) Shall act as liaison between Artists and AGMA and between Artists and Company.
(3) Shall report any violations of this agreement both to the Company and to AGMA.
(4) Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and Company will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
(5) Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of Company. If the AGMA Delegate(s) determines that a condition exists that poses a risk to the health or safety of any Artist, the Delegate is authorized to report such condition immediately to the Stage Manager, Assistant Stage Manager, or a member of Company artistic, production, or technical management so that a break in professional services may be called if necessary. If said condition continues to exist, Company shall suspend Artists' services to the extent necessary until the hazard is abated. In the absence of the Delegate(s), any Artist is entitled to invoke the protections of this clause. The AGMA Delegate(s) shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the Company except when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond.
(6) Shall be entitled to attend a portion of the “Production Meeting” following any onstage rehearsal, to discuss appropriate issues and concerns.
(7) Shall meet with the Production Director, the Technical Director, or an appropriate Los Angeles Opera management designee before the first onstage rehearsal in any production to “walk the set” and address any safety issues/concerns before Artists are on it.
(8) The Chorus (or Dancer, if applicable) Delegate(s) shall be responsible as set forth in Article IV.25(f) and Article V.17(c).
(b) Upon request by either, AGMA and Company shall, within 1 week after the final performance of any production, meet to review work-related issues with the exception of imminent safety issues in which case the parties will meet immediately.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. (a) A delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the EMPLOYER:
(1) Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work.
(2) Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.
(3) Shall report any violations of this agreement both to the EMPLOYER and to AGMA.
(4) Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and EMPLOYER will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
(5) Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of EMPLOYER. The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the EMPLOYER except when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payment for services or failure to post a requested bond.
(b) Within 15 business days of the last day worked, EMPLOYER shall provide the ARTIST and AGMA with the following:
(1) Principal Artists and Stage Directors: statement of fees and per diem.
(2) Stage Management and Choreographers: statement of number of weeks and days worked, fees, overtime, and per diem.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. A delegate, or representative, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the MANAGEMENT:
(a) Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work with prior notice to MANAGEMENT.
(b) Shall act as liaison between ARTISTS and AGMA.
(c) Shall report any violations of this Agreement both to the MANAGEMENT and to AGMA.
(d) Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and MANAGEMENT will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings. AGMA agrees meetings will not be conducted just prior to performances or during intermissions of performances.
(e) Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of the MANAGEMENT.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. Section 1. A delegate or representative, duly authorized by AGMA:
(a) Shall be admitted to any location where ARTISTS are working or are scheduled to work so long as it does not interfere with the COMPANY'S operations.
(b) May distribute the written assignment forms provided for in Article VI, Section 1, of this Basic Agreement, so long as such distribution does not interfere with the COMPANY'S operations.
Section 2. The AGMA delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the COMPANY.
AGMA DELEGATES AND REPRESENTATIVES. The representative or xxxxxxx/delegate, duly authorized by AGMA and with the full cooperation of the Employer:
A. Shall be admitted to any location where Employees are working or are scheduled to work.
B. Shall act as liaison between Employees and AGMA.
C. Shall report any violations of this Agreement both to the Employer and to AGMA.
D. Shall conduct meetings pertaining to AGMA business at such times so as not to conflict with rehearsals or performances, and Employer will endeavor to make a facility available for such meetings.
E. Shall at all times have the right to bring matters of safety to the attention of the Employer. The AGMA representative or xxxxxxx/delegate shall have no authority to stop or interfere with any part of any performance or rehearsal or interfere in any way with the performance of the duties of the Employer except when authorized by the National Office of AGMA to stop professional activities due to lack of payments for services or failure to post a requested bond.
F. The Employer shall provide a Union bulletin board.
