Airfield. All landing areas, runways, taxiways, ramps, aprons, adjacent field areas and related support Facilities, except for areas designed and intended for exclusive use by a Tenant.
Airfield the Airfield cost center comprises those portions of the Airport (excluding the aircraft aprons associated with the terminal, general aviation, cargo, and aircraft maintenance facilities) providing for the landing, taking off, and taxiing of aircraft, including approach and turning zones, clear zones, navigation or other easements, runways, a fully integrated taxiway system, runway and taxiway lights, and other appurtenances related to the aeronautical use of the Airport, including any property acquired for noise mitigation purposes. Apron - the Apron cost center comprises the land and paved areas primarily adjacent to passenger terminal buildings, but also includes remote parking areas that provide for the parking, loading, and unloading of passenger aircraft. The Apron cost center does not include aprons associated with general aviation, cargo, or aircraft maintenance facilities. Aviation - the Aviation cost center comprises the land and facilities related to air cargo, general aviation, fixed-base operations, aircraft fueling, aircraft maintenance, in-flight catering, and other aviation-related services. Commercial - the Commercial cost center comprises the land and facilities not located in the Terminal cost centers and that are provided for nonaeronautical commercial and industrial activities, including public automobile parking, car rental service centers, golf courses, the Theme Building, and the Proud Bird restaurant.
Airfield. The use of the Airfield and related facilities by Operator shall be limited to the following activities: 3.4.1 The servicing by Operator or others of Operator’s aircraft, including Operator’s servicing of its code-share partners and affiliates, and other equipment by truck or otherwise, with gasoline, fuel, or other propellants, de-icing or other supplies including food and beverages required by Operator. 3.4.2 The landing, taking off, flying, taxiing, towing, parking, loading or unloading of Operator’s aircraft. 3.4.3 The loading and unloading of any property, cargo, express mail, and carriage of employees, in properly designated facilities, by such motor vehicles or other manner of conveyance as Operator may require in the operation of an air transportation business. 3.4.4 The installation, maintenance and operation by Operator of aircraft air- conditioning equipment, auxiliary power, start-up and miscellaneous support equipment reasonably necessary for Operator’s operations and not otherwise provided by the Port. Any such equipment not reasonably required shall be promptly removed by Operator.
Airfield. Airfield" means the portion of the Premises commonly known as Moffctt Federal Airfield operating areas, which includes the active taxi-ways and runways and the Airfield support areas, as depicted on Exhibit A-3 attached hereto, containing approximately 625 acres of real property as of the Effective Date, together with all buildings, equipment, fixtures, facilities and other improvements located thereon from time to time, as such boundaries may be modified or changed by Tenant from time to time with Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed so long as such change to the boundaries are consistent with the requirements of the Airfield Management and Operations Plan, the Security Plan, the CANG MOU and the CANG Permit.
Airfield. Area The runway and taxiway system, deicing and related facilities, undeveloped acreage, and 50% of the costs incurred to develop the North Cargo Site prior to February 28, 1995.

Airfield. Permittee shall have the right to use, in common with others, the Aircraft Movement Areas for the purpose of the landing and taking off of Aircraft, and the parking of its Aircraft in the Public Aircraft Parking Areas, if applicable.
Airfield. City grants to Airline a nonexclusive license to use the Airfield, in common with others, for the purposes described in Section 7.01.1 hereof, subject at all times to City’s exclusive control and management of the Airfield in accordance with the terms hereof.
Airfield. Each Unit Owner is hereby advised that an airfield, known as Winged South Airpark, is located next to the Community, and the Unit Owners are further advised that they may occasionally experience those types of noise and air traffic generally associated with airfields.
Airfield. 1. The primary runway is to be extended 1,066.8 meters, to reach a total length of 3,336.8 meters in order to meet the operational requirements of wide body aircraft. The runway will be remain ILS-I type. 2. A turning area is to be provided at the end of the extension. 3. The parallel taxiway will not be included in this project at this time. 4. Navigation facilities such as lighting are to be installed. 5. A service vehicle lane is to be provided as well as emergency facilities such as fire fighting systems. 6. After expansion is completed the airfield shall be Class 4E.
