Waste Management Plan. The goal of this subtask is to ensure that the Contractor submits a Waste Management Plan to the PM prior to expenditure of SEP funds under this Agreement on proposed project activities that may generate any sanitary or hazardous waste. The Waste Management Plan must describe the Contractor’s plan to dispose of any sanitary or hazardous waste generated by any proposed project activities. Sanitary and hazardous waste includes, but is not limited to: construction and demolition debris, old light bulbs, fluorescent ballasts and lamps, piping, roofing material, discarded equipment, debris, and asbestos. The Waste Management Plan must also describe the categories and estimated volumes of waste that the Contractor anticipates will be generated by any proposed project activities, and the disposal path for each category of waste. The plan must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing waste disposal. • Submit to the PM a Waste Management Plan for each project no later than thirty (30) days after the execution of the Agreement or the identification of any Projects that may generate waste, whichever is later. The Energy Commission may specify an earlier time for submittal of the Waste Management Plan if Retrofit work is expected to begin within less than thirty (30) days of Project identification. Waste Management Plan Unless otherwise provided in the individual Task or Subtask, the Contractor shall prepare all deliverables in accordance with the requirements in Subtask 1.5. Unless otherwise specified in the individual task, the Contractor shall submit a draft of each deliverable listed in the technical tasks to the PM for review and comment in accordance with the approved Schedule of Deliverables in Exhibit A, Attachment A-1. The words “no draft” will appear in parentheses next to deliverables that do not require a draft. The PM will provide written comments back to the Contractor on the draft deliverable within ten (10) working days of receipt. Once agreement has been reached on the draft, the Contractor shall submit the final deliverable to the PM. The PM shall provide written approval of the final deliverable within five (5) working days of receipt. Key elements from this deliverable shall be included in the Final Report for this project.
Waste Management Plan a) The Operator must provide a waste management plan, including details of waste minimisation, recycling and management of waste generated by the market and any other details requested by the City from time to time for the City’s approval at least ten Business Days prior to occupation of the Licensed Area (Waste Management Plan). b) The Operator must comply with the Waste Management Plan as approved by the City at all times. c) The Operator must ensure that the Licensed Area and its surrounds are maintained in a clean and tidy condition throughout the operation of the Market, including the bump- in and bump-out phases and that the Licensed Area is returned in the same condition as it was in prior to the commencement of the Market. This includes the collection and removal of all litter including cigarette butts, bottle cap tops, and all other waste. d) The Operator agrees to pay any costs incurred by the City for cleansing and or repairs required to the Licensed Area as a result of the Market. e) The Operator must ensure that during Operating Hours adequate toilet facilities (including disabled facilities) are provided at or near the Licensed Area to cater for the maximum number of patrons attending the market at one time, which may be either: (i) the provision of portable toilet facilities in the Licensed Area; and/or (ii) obtaining licences or consents from existing businesses or building owners for use of existing toilet facilities in the area in connection with the market, subject to the Operator providing evidence of those agreements to the City.

Waste Management Plan. The purpose of the Waste Management Plan is to identify Baffinland’s framework for effective waste management. This includes identifying the roles and responsibilities of its employees and contractors as well as procedures for handling, storing and disposing of solid wastes generated at Project sites to ensure that it is conducted in a safe, efficient and environmentally compliant manner that minimizes the potential for adverse effects to the environment. Waste Management Plan. (1) The Airline shall prepare and submit to the City upon request a waste management plan outlining its program for recycling, waste management and waste minimization at DIA to the extent reasonably possible. (2) The Airline shall make good faith efforts to participate in recycling programs offered by the Airport and to identify upon request locations on the Demised Premises at which recycling collection containers may be placed. The City will use a "compensatory" methodology to establish Terminal Complex rental rates. The Airlines will pay the fully allocated cost of the space that they lease in the Landside Terminal building and airside concourses. Landing fees will be established according to a "cost center residual cost" methodology, under which the airlines will pay the costs of the Airfield, after first deducting airfield revenues from other sources (primarily general aviation landing fees and fuel flowage fees).
Waste Management Plan. Contractor shall have a waste management system or plan in effect during the provision of the Work for all wastes created as a direct result of use or operation of items provided by Contractor. The system or plan shall address, at a minimum, reduction/minimization, collection, storage, and disposal. All actions called for in the system or plan shall be in compliance with all laws, regulations, conventions, and protocols applicable to the Contractor’s operation in the area in which the Work is performed. The plan must be endorsed by Company and a copy must be provided to Company prior to commencement of Work.
