Church shall pay the premiums for health insurance coverage for the Interim Xxxxxx and the Interim Xxxxxx'x family for one of the three group health insurance plans utilized by the Diocese unless equivalent or better insurance is provided independently through the employment of the Interim Xxxxxx'x spouse or partner. In this case, the Interim Xxxxxx will sign a waiver to forgo the diocesan plan. Church shall provide an annual allowance for Continuing Education for the Interim Xxxxxx in the amount of $ ______. The amount of this continuing education allowance in future years shall be increased in accordance with recommended amounts established by the annual Diocesan Convention. Church shall be solely responsible for providing Workers' Compensation insurance covering the Interim Xxxxxx.

ALLOWANCES AND BENEFITS. 5.1 Employee currently receives a monthly automobile allowance in the amount of $600.00, which the City will continue to provide to Employee. Additionally, the City will continue to provide Employee with benefits as outlined in the schedule of benefits for the Executive staff (attached hereto as Exhibit “A”) during the term of this Agreement consistent with the City’s applicable policies and procedures in effect from time to time; except that City agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the total premium cost of the Employee’s health, dental and vision insurance provided to Executive staff of the City, for family coverage, or as requested by Employee. The City reserves the right to amend, modify, terminate, or otherwise change or adjust any benefits as it sees fit, if it is done for all executives similarly situated as the Employee and in accordance with 9.2 below. If any additional communication and/or electronic equipment is required so that Employee can provide the City Manager services provided for herein, City may pay such additional costs. If Employee uses any private digital or electronic devices to conduct City business, in accordance with applicable law Employee is responsible for retaining and providing the City upon request all public records (as defined by applicable law) on any private digital or electronic devices. It shall be a breach of this Agreement if Employee fails to turn over all available public records to the City that are within the employee’s possession pursuant to Florida State Law within fifteen (15) days of any request for said public records. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
5.2 The City shall contribute the annual IRS maximum limit including pre-retirement and catch -up limits into the Employee’s 457 deferred Compensation Plan upon execution of this agreement and at the future anniversaries of this agreement.
5.3 The City shall provide a Term Life Insurance policy in an amount equal to $500,000 with a 30-year guaranteed level premium and the beneficiary named by the Employee to receive 100% of the proceeds. Xxxx agrees to make the necessary premium payments directly on behalf of the Employee during his tenure with the City and agrees to transfer ownership to the Employee upon his resignation or termination.
ALLOWANCES AND BENEFITS a. Vacation -. The Superintendent shall have 18 paid vacation days available from the commencement of his service as Superintendent to June 30, 2012. Thereafter, the Superintendent shall receive twenty (20) vacation days each school year, exclusive of holidays. The Superintendent shall provide the Board reasonable notice of intended vacation dates. Vacation will be deemed available August 1, 2011 for the first full academic year of this agreement and as of July 1 in all subsequent years. If the Superintendent separates from employment with the District for any reason before the end of the school year, vacation time shall be prorated and adjusted through appropriate payment or deduction in the final check at the rate of 1/240th of salary applicable for the date the vacation days were earned. Vacation shall be taken within the school year in which it is earned. The Superintendent is allowed to carry over a maximum of 10 days vacation into the following school year. There shall be no payment for unused vacation days.
b. Sick Days - The Superintendent shall be entitled to eighteen (18) days of sick leave per year, the unused days each year to be cumulative to 260 days. For the period August 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012, the Superintendent’s shall receive 16.5 sick days. The SUPERINTENDENT will also be allowed to transfer 15 sick days from his current employer, said sick days to be credited to the SUPERINTENDENT upon the effective date of his employment. The Superintendent may use accumulated sick leave credit due to personal illness. Illness shall include visits to doctors and/or dentists which cannot be scheduled except during normal working time causing the employee’s absence from normal duties. A physician’s certificate may be required for an absence more than two consecutive days. A maximum of 15 days per year of accumulated sick leave credit may be used for absence due to illness in the immediate family. Illness shall include visits by a member of the Superintendent’s immediate family to doctors and/or dentists which cannot otherwise be scheduled causing the employee’s absence from normal duties. Immediate family shall be defined as the Superintendent’s children, parent, spouse, brother, sister, mother-in-law, father-in- law, grandchild or a permanent member of the Superintendent’s household.

ALLOWANCES AND BENEFITS. Through to the Termination Date, the Company will continue to offer the Employee the following allowances and benefits at the same level as enjoyed by the Employee prior to this Agreement.
ALLOWANCES AND BENEFITS. 1. The Company shall pay to Maor an annual housing reimbursement, which shall be in the range of (Y)12,000,000 (twelve million yen) per year, to be adjusted buy mutual agreement annually in accordance with the market housing prices. In addition, the monthly payments of the salary shall be increased by an amount equivalent to 35% (thirty-five percent) of the monthly rent, provided, however, that the same amount shall be deducted by the Company upon the monthly payments of the salary.
2. The Company shall pay to Maor an annual allowance of (Y)5,000,000 (five million yen) for the education of children. The said amount shall be the net amount. Accordingly, the Company shall gross-up the amounts to be actually paid considering applicable taxes and deductions.
3. Maor shall be entitled to membership of the American Club in Tokyo, Japan at the Company's expense.
4. The Company shall make available to Maor a company car.
